Dollar General — Local services in Kimball

Very upset with the new management. The staff is very rude, no customer service in the store. Was in there the other day, customer ahead of me ask for price check on clearanced items, the clerk (male) refused to check it. Then she had purchased some dresses off clearance rack, they rang up 1/2 price, but the jackets, also yellow tag, rang up full price, when she questioned him, he became upset, she then asked to speak to the manager....he informed her that he was the manager on duty...then very rudely, he checked the price on the rack..came back and said that the stuff under $15 was clearanced...she then asked why the $20 dresses were 1/2 price...then when transaction was complete, she didn't get receipt because register tape did not print...he was rude, rude, have spoke with many customers last few days, they have same reply, said the manager is also very rude...no greeting, no thank you, no appreciation...only there for a paycheck, well, when the store goes broke and they can't get a paycheck, whose...

Just driving through town, and by chance I needed a fly swatter to kill this damn fly that's been bugging me in my motorhome as I'm driving south to New Mexico, so I stopped in the dollar store today and I had a wonderful experience. I needed some help finding my item when an employee suddenly appeared out of no where and politely asked "can I help you sir." Good thing too because I was definitely on the wrong side of the store, haha! Her name tag said Sheri and she was very helpful, and I was very appreciative. Hopefully the fly won't be so...

I had to make an emergency Flex Seal run tonight. Got to the DG 30 minutes before closing time. They had what I needed, and the clerks were friendly and patient even though it was time to go...
