This is a family owned and operated business. We were greeted by a very sweet lady, Mary, who's a friend of Deb, the owner, who was also our server. Breakfast is available all day, but the breakfast special ends at 11. I ordered 1/2 biscuits, 2 eggs, and bacon. The biscuits are homemade and amazing, not incredibly dry. The sausage gravy is also homemade and is the best sausage gravy that I've ever had. It has a very mild and pleasant zest but is not hot in any way. My eggs were cooked beautifully to over medium, and 2 strips of bacon had good flavor. George's ham and cheese omelet was loaded. Hash browns were good, not exceptional, though. Our milks came out cold with the food as requested. It's definitely a hidden gem!

A good old family restaurant, and boy does it feel like a home. The staff is friendly and efficient, most menu options are 11 to 14 dollars, and let me tell you about the portions! I saw plates loaded with spaghetti, steak, Chicken Cordon Bleu, and when I ordered the longhorn burger I was not expecting the monster they brought out. Picture included. It was delicious, I loved the texture, and the homemade chili sauce that they quite literally smothered it in was packed full of flavor! If you find yourself passing this way (like if your car has to get towed by friendly neighborhood Mike across the street) then I highly recommend checking this place out!

Wonderful experience! New owners have opened up part of the restaurant and it now has a more open, airy feel. Beautiful atmosphere. Food was AMAZING. We had a Husker Burrito and a Smothered Burrito and a biscuit. No way we could finish it due to VERY generous portions. Tea tasted freshly brewed. Fast , friendly service. 10/5 stars if I could. Prompt, friendly service. Family-owned. We were impressed and will be back!

This place has great food, ive ate here twice and luckily both times had great service. I was recommended to come here when I travel this way for work at the gas station by an empoyee and a customer said that it was good food but they wont go there because the owner has a very nasty attitude with you if you want something done with your food a specific way. The first time I came and ate on a sunday I received awesome service from a gall who said it was her first sunday working. Felt terrible for the girl because it seemed liked this the older one(who i came to find out was the owner) was awful to her and the other young girl serving. The second time I came in the which was on a Saturday the owner was rude to her customer rolling her eyes at them. So they didnt leave her a good tip, man was she rude talking about them after they left. Ive left multiple reviews on yelp and they seem to have a problem with my review and keep taking it down. Other than the owner being a hateful person to her staff the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing. Id ask for one if the younger girls working to give you good service. I refuse to eat here if I don't see anyone but...
