Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kimball

The worst dining experience in my life! There was only one employee scheduled during Kimball’s Farmers Day festivities. This one employee spent more time making excuses than anything else. Sat for an hour and a half with only drinks (forget refills) no menus and more excuses. Finally came to take our orders and we had to ask for menus. Four of us asked for salad bar and we were told we would have to wait because they had no clean silverware, two more employees had arrived by now but still terrible service. We were then brought plates and silverware that were still dirty, asked for different ones and they were even more dirty, we said forget the salad bar. Other costumers came in after us and got service before us, numerous carry out and delivery orders went out while we still waited. Finally got our pizza and wings after 2 hours. The pizza was good but at this point that could’ve been just because we were extremely hungry! Numerous times I suggested paying for drinks and leaving but my family wanted to stick it out. I will never ever give this place my business again! It should honestly be shut down if that is how they intend to run this...

Sp I just called I'm a semi driver and a manager Brooke about 14 months answered phone and I had just picked up a pizza Stix and 2 liter, pan style Supreme, my pizza was raw not just a little, I said I'm already back on I 80 and she said no biggy the next time you come out west (I'm out of Wisconsin) she would replace my order, and I called and a Makayla answered today, and she said I'm sorry I can't honor that and stated brooke had been gone now about 14 months and they only honor there make it rite policy for 30 days, and there's nothing she can do to honor it, I'm extremely disappointed in her handling this, I just wanted the pizza that was promised, I was ordering other things today I would of paid for... so I would suggest not dining here because they are...

This building is a s#*thole and severely outdated. Carpets r gross, there's flies everywhere i could not eat in peace or even write this review without constant flies in my face ( ever heard of double doors?)..the equipment is constantly run down and out of order, the salad bar has next to nothing healthy on it, unless one considers canned stuff healthy. Thankfully the staff r the most accomodating, friendly, and hard working around...if it wasnt for them this place would not be successful...good job pizza hut staff and thank you for the excellant service...another example of a big name business taking advantage of hard...
