Nebraska Coffee — Restaurant in Kimball

I went to Nebraska Coffee on my way to Oliver Reservoir. The shop was airy and had nice decor. The tables were pretty hardwood. The barista was very friendly and helpful. She answered all of our questions and described all of the baked goods. The baked goods were delicious; we bought three donuts and a muffin. The barista gave us two donuts for free because it was late in the day. The shop had a lot of options for food, like pastries and sandwiches. As for coffee, the pumpkin spice latte was delicious but not at all like commercial options; my latte was more spice than pumpkin and not sweet. The drip coffee was good, too. Stopped with our motorhome through this small town for diesel and we didn’t really expect anything else around here but just a mile off we found this cute coffee shop where we were greeted by friendly faces. I didn’t get the name of the guy who prepared our cappuccino and hot apple cider but both were delicious. They had a number of pastries and other food items. Definitely worth a stop if driving...

This was my first time here, since moving to the area. I absolutely loved it! Great atmosphere, clean, friendly service, brought everything out and handed it directly to me.
