My system has not worked properly since we got it and customer service is a joke. They were good at first, until I guess they have no idea why it doesn't work properly. The owner came out and offered for us to buy a bigger system when we are still paying for the original system. Always saying the system is working like it should but the water in my house tells a different story. I am fed up with this company and their lies!! They do not call back, they come out and say it's fine when it obviously it is not. I guess I just wasted my money, and what about the warranty, oh because they say nothing is wrong I can't even depend on that. I am done with being lied to and my system not working as it should. I am calling another company. I won't be able to get my money back I am sure but if I can save someone else from losing there hard earned money then I guess this rant has been worth it!

I was not told that it would need service every six months and you sold me a system that is too small for my home oh and once again the 400dollar uv light did not make it to the full year. Your sales person sold me a bogus system that has not work since I bought it, and you did all that because you guys messed up. How about the first time the drain wasn't even done properly, it still doesn't work and leaf filter said it is the smallest system y'all carry. There were more people living here then than now and it still can't keep up with the demand!! You did not ever fix the issue!! It has the same issues constantly and by the way water is still way hard. So yeah thanks for nothing!! If you were truly trying to do right you would have sold us the correct system in the first place! And you would fix it now but I don't trust you to do that so I guess I will be having to figure out how to pay for a brand new system as the one I paid so much money for is junk. I can go take pics of how caked up the light is that you say is fine...

6 months ago I contacted Aqua Pure about our softener not using salt as was usual. They sent out Scott. He told me nothing was wrong after barely looking at the system. I asked for the water to be tested. He did a quick test just to see if the water was soft, nothing else. We paid $90 for this visit. 6 weeks later the system just wasn't running correctly, it was backwashing for longer than normal but really not using salt. Again Scott was sent. After 2 minutes of just looking at the system he says nothing is wrong. I know something was wrong but he refused to actually be a technician and test the system. Paid for that "service" call again. Fast forward a voile months - my water bill has doubled I call Aqua Pure explain that its backwashing for days on end and thanks to youtube we trouble shot and found the issue for the technician. Scott arrived and said "the is a significant amount of water going thru the system - its probably a toilet running." I disagreed and said we had checked that but I would immediately out dye in the tanks to prove otherwise while we looked for the real reason. He told me again - it's almost always a toilet. I said to please fix the system. After 20 mins none of our toilets were transferring dye to the toilet so they were not "using a significant amount of water". He then decided to work and found the issue, replace the part and lo and behold the system is not back to working. Its been 2 weeks and all it well. I can't believe how much time and money was spent trying to convince this person there was an issue. I don't recommend buying a system from Aqua pure, as they don't have technicians who care enough to actually work on the systems. Instead they collect service fees and gas light you. Thankfully we have learned so much from youtube and the real plumbers who work on these systems and will forever trouble shoot before...
