I literally never write reviews, but I was baffled by the service I received today. I tried talking myself out of going to begin with because my orders are never correct anytime I go to this location, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt & decided I’d take another shot at them.
For one I ordered cheese tots & they came out with chili on them. The carhop did go fix that for me, but in the meantime I checked my sandwich that was supposed to be no mayo & it had mayonnaise on it so I clicked the button & told her & she said their ticket didn’t say that. I pulled up my receipt that in fact did show I clicked no mayo. Instead of giving me what I paid for & ordered she told me she was going to have to charge me. Like it was my fault there was an issue with their system? Her name was Johanna I believe. I tried giving her the sandwich back & she told me she couldn’t take my food back. Well first off, it’s not my food because it’s not what I ordered & on my end I have proof that it’s not. I sat on this just about all day & realized how poorly the customer service was.
On top of it all I worked at sonic for YEARS & never treated my customers that way. You don’t charge someone for something again because your system didn’t show what was ordered correctly.

The staff at this location are incredibly unprofessional and consistently present a disturbingly low level of custom service. On nearly every occasion that I've visited this location at LEAST one problem has arisen with my order or the service given. Order mozz sticks, don't get your marinara sauce. Order a RT 44 drink, don't get a straw. Order any entree and there's a 90% chance that you'll be served some cold, pathetic, wrong-sized mash of disappointment that's been sitting on their warmers all day. This location and their staff especially are an incredible waste of money. Last straw is placing a late-night ice cream order for $10+, drive all the way over there only for them to turn off the lights on me as I pulled into a stall and give us some ridiculous excuse about how the ice cream machine isn't working right now, only for further into the conversation they admit they closed it over half an hour early to clean it. Cherry on top is the fact that they can't handle refunds on site and force you to call an 800#, turning your efforts for a refund into a half an hour long excursion attempting to understand the outsourced call center attendant ONLY TO FIND that you'll get your refund in 10 days. Read moreThis is my go to Sonic. I've really never had a bad experience at this location, and I've been going here probably since the day it opened, so it goes back a few years. The servers at this location are mainly small town, young adults, from the local schools, that were raised with the yes sir, no sir, yes ma'am, no ma'am attitudes and etiquette. So I pull up one evening around 9 p.m. I've got Billy Joel cranked up on the stereo, ( I'm a baby boomer and I still like my loud music when I'm cruising), and I'm a little short on change, so I asked, " do you give veterans discounts?". "No sir, I'm sorry that we don't", was the reply that came back over the speaker. When my order arrived and I attempted to pay, I was told, "no sir your money is no good tonight but,"thank you for your service, besides, anybody that likes Billy Joel can't be all bad". That server paid for my meal out of their own pocket. That's what I call a small town America with great service, so PLEASE, don't forget to tip these young adults as they're trying to start their lives.
