Everyone here is always so flippin KIND. I’m from NJ, my MIL lives here. Whenever I visit, invariably find myself fixing something. I walk into this store, and someone immediately (but gently, not pushy) asks me if they can help me find anything. If I know what I need and where it is, I say no thank you, and then back right off. I appreciate that. This place is great! Clean and well-organized. Decent selection for a smaller store, you can definitely save a lot of trips to the valley now that this popped up. Prices and sales were nice, too. The employees were nice and outgoing, asking if I needed help and conversing with customers. Carmen, the cashier, was so nice and helped get me the best sale possible. Only critique, and probably a corporate thing, but PLEASE get rid of the auditory assault that is the “boing” noise every time an item is scanned. Went in for paint on Monday on the last day of this year's 4th of July sale. Sales associate Alex was OUTSTANDING! Offered to help as soon as we arrived, when we finally picked a paint color he was ready and excited to get our paint mixed, knowledgeable, and made us feel like really valued customers.
