Amazing experience for a first-timer!

I had found a local Scranton business (not worth mentioning) and was even planning on driving 2 hours to New Jersey for another company that had positive reviews, but then I found my wax soulmate.

Our eyes locked and... you've seen the movie before...

I called after hours and left a message. She called the next morning with the best disposition that a company could have and set me up for an appointment. She even moved around her schedule to get me in before my trip that following weekend. She provided her prices and address via text after the phone call.

I arrived nervous & afraid... she quickly got me situated and begun. I was grateful that she wasn't stuck on me hitting those wax poses and holding them til my blood circulation ceased. The immediate pain of waxing was the 2nd worst pain I've ever felt (#1-childbirth), but she did what she could to alleviate it by holding the skin tight, applying pressure and talking me through it. She noticed I had scarring and darkening of the skin from shaving and offered solutions that I could buy from anywhere. That's when I knew it was love ! Other companies uses this as an opportunity to make some money and peddle their raggedy products, but she showed me the recommended items and just told me what to do. That's when I knew I had met THE ONE!!!!

The process was as quick as it could have been! The service was the best I've ever had from a beauty service stand point...helk... any company for that matter. I REALLY FELT LIKE I MATTERED AS A CUSTOMER!!! BETTER YET, I FELT LIKE SHE APPRECIATED THAT I CHOSE HER BUSINESS!!! I'm so glad I found her. I hate any level of pain, but I'll be going back in 4 weeks for the follow-up service. The prices are really affordable also!

First Experience and TOTALLY impressed!!

I was very nervous to get myself waxed by a stranger. I've never done it before, but I realized that if I did want to do it, I would rather a professional handle it. I tried to do it on myself it was not a very pleasant experience. I've also heard of other people saying that it's not so bad and that you will feel an initial painful sensation but it will quickly go away.

Honestly, what made me go here were they reviews. I can sense when people are being fake in their reviews for the most part, but I could tell the people here were real and their experiences were as well.

Liza was very accommodating, cordial, charming, and VERY sweet. She made me feel like family. She knows what she's doing and she definitely knows how to treat her customers. She made me feel so comfortable in a way that I never thought I would feel with a stranger doing that particular service. I am so happy and she is definitely my new go-to. I have been coming to Liza for over a year for Brazilians and wouldn’t change it for anything! I drive from an hour away and I would even drive further just to see her.
