Kim will no longer have the pleasure of doing business with me my friend's and none of my family. She has proven herself to be unprofessional and highly disrespectful. Upon receiving an eyebrow wax Kim dropped the whole wax stick on my very expensive ski jacket my eyes where closed but I could feel it fall. I open my eyes saw the wax tried to get her to stop so I could wipe it, she insisted to finish, and I insisted she stop, she then proceeded to wipe my jacket with BABY OIL!!! The number one thing that will stain any and everything!!! Long story short she told me she would replace it, seeing she clearly ruined my property and I was clearly very 😡 upset. Showing up the next day however, Kim clearly had no intention to replace my NorthFace, she never even offered up an apology. Not to mention my eyebrows came out horrible! 😩 Fact of the matter is, people cant just treat you any ole type of way, they have to own up to their mistakes and do whats right. Very unprofessional very rude I waited almost 3 hours to get my nails done. She was very rough cut 3 of my fingers then doused them with alcohol and said they were fine. She did a very sloppy job my nails are all crooked and different sizes they don’t even match and then she put glue all underneath so “they don’t feel loose” I had so much glue caked under my nails that it caused the glue to dig into my fingers. Went tuesday afternoon to get my nails done. I did not call ahead and make an appointment so it was my fault i had to wait over an hour for someone to start workibg on the full set i wanted. I know my nails are incredibly short, if i have arcylics i dont bite and pick at them the way i do when i dont have arclics on but the woman doin my nails felt the need to exclaim out loud numeroys times and short and disgusting my finger nails were which i didnt think was necessary.
