Its how youd expect a Newburry, theres a weird vibe from the staff when you walk in which you can probably attest to the clicky nature of the mall but it does make you consider just going elsewhere, ive gone in for Arctic fox before because it could be found at other stores and it seemed like they dont really want the sales, they are also okay with their staff spreading rumors inside the store, outside it, and on the internet. Very bad workers - I got a thing rearly in the day and decided I wanted to return it and staff told me it was not returnable unless something was wrong with it the employee told me this in a miserable tone so I took the my thing and walked away now I’m just reading it and the receipt says unused items are returnable within 30 days and I got it the same day and never opened it!
