Went there for lunch after spending a day with the kids in the mall. Food was ok. The server looked overwhelmed even though the place wasn't very busy. This tends to be the case if the server is new at the job in which case they shouldn't have her alone especially on a rainy day where it's expected the place would have some people at least. The bruschetta appetizer was really good which made me have high hopes for the rest of the meal. I ordered the prosciutto Pizza which had an interesting choice of not cooking the prosciutto or the Asiago cheese they dress the pizza with after it's cooked, which makes it look better, unfortunately not taste better. The prosciutto and the Asiago would have better flavors if they were cooked with the pizza. When our food came out they left the pizza that 2 of us were sharing at the booth nearby and we had to remind them because everyone in our party ear starting to eat except us. Then later I asked for a water and had to remind the waitress as she had forgotten about it. Small details, but things you notice. Overall a good place to go to again but I wouldn't say to anyone that it's a must.

Tried this place for the first time last night and it was delicious! Seasonal sangria (apple cranberry) was tasty and strong without being overpowering. Some good beers on tap too. My buffalo chicken mac n cheese was perfectly cheesy with nice tender chicken (and a very generous portion size, plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day)! Servers were friendly and attentive as well. Definitely will be coming back soon!

I dined in at the B3 for my birthday this year and was highly impressed with the staff and quality of the food! I ordered a seafood risotto for dinner and it was the best risotto I have had in a long time. After dinner I was surprised with the triple chocolate cake as my birthday desert. If you need a good place to dine with friends or family, B3 Kingston is the place to go!

Arrived time 1130am and was seated in the bar section at a table. Only one other customer in the whole room, there was one waitress and one bar tender:

Food: Mehand portions very small. Good selection of IPAs.

Service: Beyond slow, inefficient, and bar tender was sitting on a stool looking down at his cell phone the whole time. The first half of my visit I assumed he was a customer, until I saw him go behind the counter...

-Waitress didn't take initial drink order until 10 mins after being seated by hostess. Afterwards, it was another 10 minutes for her to bring the drink.

-Later, I ordered a second beer. I noticed after the waitress took my beer order she submitted it to the bar tender via a computer behind my table. The bar tender, who I assumed was a customer when I first arrived, gets off his phone, stands up to fulfill the drink order. However, instead of just bringing it to me, he placed it on the bar counter within 10 feet of me (why not just bring it to me since I was so close?) then sits back down and goes back on his phone.

It took another 5-10 minutes before the waitress grabed the beer off the bar counter and brought it to my table.

Atmosphere was...

Probably the worst service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. It was 30 minutes before we were approached by a server to even order drinks. We had to ask multiple people, multiple times for the two glasses of wine and one glass of sangria we ordered. Only one of the sodas ordered came…we received our entrees before the bar drinks finally made their way to our table. One of the entrees was wrong, another one had the wrong side. We ordered two desserts and asked a question about a third (what is the seasonal crème brûlée). One of the two came, the server never put in the second, and didn’t come back with an answer on the crème brûlée until we asked twice. I opted not to order it because of the significant delay in getting anything. We had to ask three times for a water refill. The food was pretty good but unfortunately the service was too bad (except for the fact that there was a rogue calamari ring in the fried pickles when we told the server there was an allergy at the table - thankfully that didn’t cause an issue, but...
