Theater was clean and seating assigned. Very easy to use elevator and get to seats as I am temporarily disabled and using a walker. The young man doing the cleaning after the movie was pleasant and helpful. He called the elevator and offered assistance. I wish I had asked his name. Some snarky comments at the concessions counter which probably should not have been made as loudly as they were in front of guests, but the experience from that point on was easy and enjoyable. Seats were comfortable and in all it was a hassle-free experience.

This theatre is okay. I decided to spend my day off at the movies and saw two of them back to back. The seats are relatively comfortable, but they don’t recline. The popcorn tasted a bit funny..almost as if it was old. There weren’t healthy snack options, but they at least had Bubly drinks. The screen sizes and seating set up are good. It’s not too cold in the theatre. Movies began on time. They had arcade games that were entertaining as I waited for the next movie to start.

Comfortable seating......you can get seats on the day itself, no need for advance booking. RPX screen is great especially for VFX movies. Food courts is Just outside the box office with several options. Theater is kept clean and staff are friendly and great. Self ticketing kiosks are inside near customer support right in front of popcorn stall. There a photo booth and kids play area with games.

Let’s face it: this is the closest theater in some distance. I’ll give credit where credit is due—the kids who work here are very nice, they work hard, and there’s a decent selection of films, though that has ebbed and flowed over the years as both the fortunes of the Kingston Collection (née the Independence Mall) and the film industry have had their ups and downs. It can be a great place to pull a Don Draper and treat yourself to an afternoon movie in almost complete isolation or to bring your favorite kiddo to see the latest Disney hit. The prices for tickets, popcorn, sodas, and candy are usually ridiculous to those of us of a certain age, but there are some movies that can only be appreciated on the silver screen. For those of us who are frugal, keep in mind those costs are not always so steep!

Growing up on the South Shore in the 80s, I remember calling what was then called Hoyt's Cinema ("take Route 3 to Exit 8") and hearing about Tuesday "bargain days--all seats, all shows, only $4!" At some point in the agglomeration of corporations engineered by, among others, Senator Michael Bennet, that bargain day went away. Well, I'm pleased to share that it's back! Tuesdays: all seats, all shows, just $7! This week I ventured there to take in a matinee show of Dune 2. Great movie. Loved it. The icing on the cake? Popcorn is also 50 percent off! If you haven't been to the movies in a minute, in part due to the expenses, treat yourself to bargain day at Regal...

Terrible! Called asked to speak to manger woman said she was the manger asked her about Beetlejuice merch when will I be able to buy any she tells me Friday the 16th of August I was like thank you I'm finding it hard to find anything Beetlejuice. I call back 3 days later on the 15th I get a male manger tells me he won't give me his name and there's no female manager that works there also laughing at me then tells me even though he got memo to start selling Beetlejuice merchandise he won't be selling it till the 5th of September the day the movie premieres. OK now I have tickets to see Aliens tonight the 15th I show up at 9pm there's no aliens merchandise on premiere day also we sat in theater 2 movie never started the ac was off and no lights so me and 20 people sat there for a hour. One person decides to go ask someone what's going on and find out nobody knew the movie did not start and the ac did not work and the lights! We were just left in the theater for 35 minutes and nobody knew. We left! It was to hot the movie finally started playing 45 minutes after starting time and not one manager gave a sh-t!...

We have been going to this theater for years but will no longer be doing so. The popcorn was scrapped up from the bottom of the bin and was so filled with unpopped kernels that it was inedible. I brought it back (we had the large and were allowed a refill anyway). Woman behind the counter said I was lucky that I had refills when I asked for and new bucket of corn and told her why. They then proceeded to give me the bottom of the same bin again and then turned the machine on to make a new batch. So again, no popcorn for us. Also, the movie was set to start at 11am. Between 11-12:35 we saw approximately five previews and the rest of the entire time was filled with commercials. I don't know if this is where all theater chains are heading but I did will not pay for a service and then be held captive waiting for a movie to start while being slammed with advertisements as if I was watching...
