The worst experience ever!!! What ever you do take your money elsewhere!!! If I could give it negative stars I would. They sold me two bad Samsung A-15 phones (they freeze and are glitchy to the point they were useless) with new lines and didn’t want to honor an exchange and when I tried to return the bad phones in less than a week they wanted to charge restocking fees. I had already called Metro Customer Service and they told me there were not gonna be any restocking fees involved. I was ok with service and activation fees of course. They still wanted to charge the restocking fees and the young man said that there was no manager at the store and had a very bad attitude. He expressed that it didn’t matter anything I said and repeated they were gonna charge the restocking fees. The phones did not work properly!
