I waited in the drive-through for eight minutes waiting for someone to answer and there was nothing. This is after already waiting three minutes behind a different car who was in front of me who ended up leaving the drive-though completely because no one answered. I finally pulled up to the window, and had to wait an additional two minutes for some guy to rudely walk up and answer “can I help you “ and then I proceeded to tell him that I placed an online order, and was here to pick it up. He turned around to a counter filled with bags..? He then pulled mine out after two minutes of digging around.(The inside of this place looks terrible and it seems like there hasn’t been anyone in there for years, Not to mention, why do you just have a ton of bags? I’m talking like at least 50 bags that look like they have food in them just sitting out on a counter??) Plus the inside is closed so the drive through is the only option at this place . He handed me my food and told me to have a nice day, which was about the only good thing about this encounter at this point. I got a sausage and cheese Kolache, and it was definitely jalapeño…! My kolache tasted like it’s been sitting out for days not to mention that it was the wrong thing. I also got two bags of the Regular donut holes, and they were all smashed together and cold like they’ve been sitting in a refrigerator. Read moreLike others have said before. The store opens at 4:30 AM on Monday. Yet you get there at 4:30 AM, you sit at the window for five minutes, then when someone finally comes you’re treated like you’re crazy for being there, and are rudely told nothing is ready to order.
You wait twenty minutes and go back to the window, where again you are rudely greeted and told the only thing ready is a few glazed donuts.
WHAT A JOKE.
Customers have been reporting the same problems, I’m sure even more have had these issues but not said anything.
Clearly it’s falling on deaf ears.
DO SOMETHING.
From now on I’ll go somewhere else for my morning breakfast. There are a dozen places in the New Caney area where you can get breakfast while also being treated nicely, and when other places open they have their food ready and prepared.

This place always seems to think their conversation is more important than attending to the client at the window, the doughnuts are NEVER fresh, no matter how early I have gone, and I have now officially given up on them. I purchased from there today because my niece is visiting and wanted doughnuts. My husband went to the location, and came back with NOT fresh doughnuts.
