Most of the reviews on here are done by management and their employees. One of the games these places play to offset the horrible service. I've lived in New Caney for 27 years and this location has gotten my order wrong more times than I can count. I descided 8 months ago there was no sense in trying to let them get it right and started driving to the Splendora or North Park in Kingwood. Those locations always get my order right and are friendly. I decided, because I was lazy today to give New Caney another try. Guess what,,, yes they got it wrong. I called and the Manager Curtis offered free food, I told him I don't want free food. I just want my order to be correct, that's it, why does this location always seem to get it wrong? I also asked why is it this location and not others constantly get the order wrong and take forever to get the order out. Cutis, told me to f--- off and hung up. I guess that's why they haven't solved the problem..... Read the other reviews, it reads like candy, crazy off the wall made up positive reviews to counter the horrible negitive ones.
Curtis, spend less time countering these things and more time fixing the problem.
I am not sure if it will help but Curtis, I am going to wright Corporate a formal complaint about your behavior and your language. Maybe others have done so and maybe they will see it's not just a crazy customer. Maybe things will finally change at this location.

Paid for strawberry limeade with real strawberries extra in the app and they gave me the same amount that comes regular called back and the manager didnāt even care to pick up the phone
Paid for a large tater tot with cheese (warm) and a medium tater tot(cold)
I literally ate two and then looked down and realize how many he was in there and knew that this wasnāt correct
I took the same amount of medium tater tots and put it over to the top of them, and it covered the exact same space
So not only did I pay extra money for a small with cheese, but if I wouldāve did that, I wouldāve told her two smalls instead of paying for one large and getting a small
Itās insane and they donāt wanna do nothing about it, but I put but say sorry and still do the same mistakes every time I come itās like...

Then, i believe the second person that cut me off on the speaker was the one who had cut me off. They bring my food, and only hand me ONE drink. I tell her it's wrong and that one of the sides she charged me for was a meal i had tried repeating but was talked over. And i tell her the burger was PLAIN and she goes back in and gives me my new receipt already charged with the drink from the second meal she missed. She then tells me to have a good day BUT HAD ONLY GIVEN ME 2 DRINKS. No food. She brings me all the food. My meal was not plain. Had everything i didn't want.. i didn't even bother. Wasn't worth...
