Total disappointment. On Jan. 25 2022 I dropped off a silver necklace with a broken clasp. Staff was really friendly and patient as I explained my mother had passed on Jan. 27 2021 and the necklace was bought with the cremation cross I wear. The staff member that was helping me, told me it was an easy fix, gave me the total cost of repair, and told me I could pick it up on the afternoon of the 25th or if I wanted to pick it up on the 2th that it was ok too. I had told the staff member that that was perfect for I wanted to wear it on the 27th, for that was the date my mother passed. Stopped in on the afternoon of the 26th and was told it wasnt fixed. Needless to say it was not fixed on the 27th either. I went Back to the store on late afternoon of Feb. 4th and the necklace was still not fixed. Obviously upset all I heard was excuses on why the necklace wasnt fixed. My 1st impressions of this store is not even worth me giving them a rating. I will say this.. TOTAL...

Wow! 😳😳😳 Such an amazing experience!!! We brought my wedding ring, 💍, to get bonded together and was met with such an amazing crew. These gentlemen spent time measuring my finger and my rings. They explained just how they were going to get it ready for us and the process. We actually needed my ring back the same day, and within a couple of hours, these gentlemen had it all ready for us.

There is something about trusting someone with something that is very precious to you, like a wedding ring. This place was such a blessing for us. It was one of the best experiences I have had and would trust my most precious keepsakes with them.

I want to personally say, Thank You All So Much, you all have made our special day even more special. Giving all the Glory to the Lord!!! 💜 ❤️ 💜

This place was decent. . . Had over 5,000 in jewelry and they wanted to give me 80 bucks. Pawn shop was offering more. Kind of a surprise to me. Had very nice jewelry in perfect condition and felt someone could use a discount price. Guess they don't do that anymore. But I do recommend this place for other reasons. All the staff was super friendly and on top of business. No complaints besides the fact they buy jewelry and they to cheat people. I know what I paid. And nothing is fake. I only wear gold. But I kept everything and thanked them...
