Everything about my visit was exceptionally bad. The cashier seemed high, and was incredibly confused by my order which was simply two gyros and two waters - his teeth were disturbingly stained green, so the fact that he was the point person for public interaction reflects very poorly on management. The order ended up costing around twenty dollars, which seemed alarmingly steep for two basic gyros with no additional sides or drinks. The wait was 15 minutes despite the dining room being empty . When the food was finally ready it was inexplicably cold and entirely unappetizing, the ingredients of which seemed like basic Food Lion or Piggly Wiggly - nothing special or home made. Given the experience up to that point, this embarrassment of an establishment was a total wash for me - I didn’t even bother with complaining or requesting a refund, I just cut my loses and left, depositing the order into the trash on the way out. My daughter got her food. It was not satisfactory. She wanted to see what they could do as far as trade or prepare another dish. The owner moved the cashier out of the way and immediately stated shouting "what's the problem, there's nothing wrong with the food. My daughter is 16 and this man was very pushy, she was only converting her desire for another entrée. We ordered a good amount of food, no complaints about any of the other food. Which was a little chilled. So I went to ask if there's was a solution he would not speak reasonably to me either he told me"i didn't know what i was taking about. Seriously.. I'm also in customer service and was playing for him just to hear us out to no avail. The cashier was nice and asked him would he give us a refund " he then shouted to get" in not going to do it". Not satisfied at all. I pray that he will see his error. We just took the other purchased food and left. We're not from the area and wanted some good fun and great conversation to have our dreams crushed from the hatred he...
