All the crews relatively nice. From the guard to the office personnel. Love their system also by texting driver when the door ready and when you are empty. BUT, the fact they put the trash to your trailer after driving hundreds if not thousand miles bringing their products,i am giving them the 4 stars. I asked why they left the trash in my trailer they said by their company policy they have to put the broken pallets back to the trailer. But this is not broken pallets, even that…broken pallets is not necessary driver fault. It was cover for the product, the shipper put on top of the pallet to make sure no dust go to the products. They don’t even have dumpster to dump it. Where driver supposedly dump them if we need to go to next pick up. I am not sure what kind of company policies is that but i was to tired to argue about it. I just left and figure out later hopefully i can find dumpster. No wonder why some drivers trashed the truck stop and rest area. I hope HEB management looking into this policy. Providing a dumpster I don’t think will effect...

I wish there was no star to give this guys very unprofessional attitude Lisa who is at guard shack thinks she is the center of this world if it wasn’t for her boss Patrick I don’t know how things would go bc if am a driver and have a changed appointment telling me ur not allowed to enter bc Lisa said so and her group of security gng up on one driver behaving like middle school kids m ex and my 10 trucks will never came back to deliver here till we see more improvement from guards again avoid this...

I had a 6pm appointment on 1/23/25, arrived at 5:12pm. Guard house guys are very nice, they directed me on where to stage and wait on a text for a door. I recieved a text approximately 20 minutes after parking in a spot behind the building. Got docked and took paperwork into door 134 to driver check in. It's now 7:45 pm and I am still waiting for unload to be finished. There are quite a few trucks in the staging area and a few on doors. Hopefully I will be getting...
