I will not be returning, and I advise everyone else to not go here. I decided to stop in and look for a specific vape that the man Darien had promised to order for me. I came back a couple times after, and the product wasn’t there, which is fine. However, he then told me that because I keep coming by he would give me two vapes for the price of one. So when I returned for that deal, there was a woman who looked very much under the influence. I mentioned the deal that was promised to me, and she went behind the curtain to speak with Darian. I can hear him talking, but he never came out. So she then proceeded to tell me that they can’t give me that deal. That they have been wasting too much money giving away so many deals. The man also spoke to me about helping him expand his business Before. I am a business professional, and this is no way to run a business. You cannot tell a customer what you will do for them and not follow through., When I went out of my way to go there for the deal that was promised for me. He also could be under the influence, because he never came out to speak with me when we have spoken many times before. The girl who was clearly intoxicated then rang me up double the price. I told her that is not the right price and she said “it’s tax” . The vape is 12$ and there is no way tax put it to 21.99$, it took her awhile to figure that out. I know people who know the owners of this place, and that there was talk of illegal activities occuring here. They definitely need better management and not teenagers who get high on the job. My first initial visit was ok, which is why I give it two stars. But, today I placed an order at 12 pm this afternoon and was told a 30 min wait. After 3 hrs of little to no communication I was informed I had to wait another hour for a delivery. I called and texted numerous times just to be ignored. I was told I would receive "bonus" products for my wait. As I am writing this review I have yet to receive any communication on my order. The store clerk on the afternoon shift also informed me that she had no information given to her on my order. Good thing I didn't pay first. What sucks even more is that i have no other options at this point and I felt my order wasn't prioritized because of the amount I was purchasing. Which should've been addressed at the time of my order being placed. This is very frustrating not being treated as a customer. And please don't respond with empty apologies or excuses, and I wasted 6 hrs of my time, just not to receive anything. Not even...

Fixed review ! I shop here a lot and I mean a lot I got at least 6 28g flower bags from here recent purchase was plat kush . They don’t so much as have great quality compared to other shops but they do have quantity which they should factor in when appealing to the public who do search for ZaZa . They are very cheap considering but the quality of the flower/hemp products can be a lot better instead of choosing quantity choose quality of the hemp flower . I been shopping here on and off for better part of a year flower hasn’t really changed compared to exotic hemp flower sold by other shops with smell taste non harsh . But I can say the shop staff is very friendly . Recommend the shop but not for the hemp flower sold there. And if we’re going by tiers the hemp price can be from 14.99 to 44.99 but just cause a price hike does not make the hemp flower being sold ZaZa especially when the hemp doesn’t match the photo of the flower that’s advertised.
