I came in around 4:22pm and waited about 4-3 minutes upfront the place empty they knew I was there and didn't even take a sec to address me to ask me to give her a sec. She even came out with Something on the counter, looked at me and went back again and ignore me and just took her little time, She was not alone I might say!! And asked for extra Toppings , when my order as giving to me the topping was not extra , I told Melissa it looked like they didn't add the extra topping and she said yes ... I was not convinced so I went back and told her I was not convinced and wanted the additional coconut oil I asked for wish I paid $1.09 . She pulled back with an attitude and said OK ! I will start off by saying!! This are one of the best ice cream pops I’ve had, which is great but my family and I left with a very bittersweet feeling, we went there so happy since we are new to the neighborhood, a family of 5 and willing to spend a few bucks on good acaii bowls, shakes and ice cream but instead we left very unsatisfied with the customer service, the minute we walked in the store the women on the registered rush us without even greeting us, there was only 2 customer seating outside waiting and she told us very rudely _if you’re gonna pay with card, place your order on the kiosk to Wich we reply sure, to which then she proceeded to tell us she was very busy and that it was gonna be a while and we said ok, but she keapt making comments as if she didn’t want to serve us, I hope this is not an everyday occurrence, and that she was just having a bad day, we ended up living with just to ice pop so my kids will not have a fit, but if it wasn’t for them I would of left the store with...

I've always disliked the frappes from this place simply because they tasted too watered. It's honestly hard to explain. It's like if someone blended a ton of ice and squirted artificial flavoring in the beverage and then charged you money to drink it. Now, I go often. Why? Because my mother was obsessed. Now, I never reviewed this place because I hate giving bad reviews. But today, my mother was extremely disappointed. She ordered a frappe and asked if they changed the recipe. They laughed at her and said no. Which meant I had to suffer a 2 hr car ride filled with endless complaints about how awful the service and food is.
