‼️PSA‼️ Zero out of 10 — Do Not Recommend 🚫 We purchased a king mattress from Carlson's Home Furniture during their sale. After realizing it was uncomfortable to sleep on it, I called to see what could be done(10/15/2025). The owner told me to come in and speak with his wife, Maggie the following day (10/16/2025). She was incredibly kind and helpful, and told me we would be receiving a refund (in form of a check) for a certain amount once we brought the mattress back. So my husband packed up the mattress, and we came to bring it back. went to Legacy and purchased a way better mattress, for cheaper with great customer service🙏🏽 However, when I returned with the mattress, the owner completely denied what was agreed upon - he refused both the refund and the return, even though he had told me to come talk to his wife and we were in agreement that the refund be issued in form of a check with mattress in hand. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional business practices. I would not recommend this...

Just over a year ago, my wife and I purchased two recliners. Unfortunately, just after a little bit, one of them was having an issue. The service department got it in and fixed the issue. The person I spoke to that handles the service went above and beyond to fix the recliner. He was top notch and very professional. However, the recliner continued to have issues, and after about 15 months of having this recliner, the owner issued a complete refund, and provided me with another high quality recliner.

Not only was the complete sales experience very pleasant, they stood behind their product and made me a happy customer. We have purchased many items from Carlson's in the past, and because of the way they handled this situation, I will never go to another place to purchase fine furniture.
