My friend, boyfriend, 5 month old and I came in yesterday to buy some ice cream. A girl named Kylee Rose was working she rushed us the whole time. We told her we were looking to see what we wanted. My friend then chose to get two scoops in a cup and Kylee carelessly put her ice cream next to the register. My friend noticed this and due to Covid-19 my friend nicely asked her if she could make her another. Kylee was calling her liar, even though there was ice cream on the register. Kylee decided she would make her another and did it with attitude and threw it on the counter and said “there!” She then asks my boyfriend and I what we want with the worst attitude waking up my 5month old from her nap. I went to Baskin Robbins tonight to get a brownie sundae banana Royale and a scoop of ice cream for my daughter I was told by the employees that they could not do the banana Royale and the brownie sundae because they were running out of cups not out of cups but running out of cups I asked to speak to the manager because I found it funny that there were actually cups available to use But not for what ice cream Or item I wanted to purchase while waiting to speak with the manager another customer came in ordered two scoops of ice cream and they gave her the same cup for her two scoops that they said I couldn’t use for either one of the desserts I wanted to purchase it is mine boggling to me after waiting 20 minutes the manager Renee still did not come out Then plays at the counter very nice and pleasant but I do not understand the managements decision to tell some customers you can have this and be selective of which customers can buy what item I will never be back to your Baskin Robbins whatsoever...

Came here with my wife and kids. Our 9 year old daughter had won a $5 gift card, though we all were going to get ice cream. Our daughter chose a waffle cone and single scoop, which came to $3.82. The remainder ($1.18) worked in perfectly with what the overhead menu read with toppings - 59 cents each, so she could get two. I said that to my daughter and the lady behind the counter gave me a glance and said she could have one. She proceeded to the toppings that were 79 cents and asked which one she wanted.
