Ontime Pack and Ship LLC — Local services in Klamath Falls

These folks have lost my business forever. The first time I visited was to drop off a prepaid package for shipping. The young woman behind the counter acted very cold and disinterested. She never asked if I wanted a receipt and just kinda blew me off. I left with a feeling of distrust of them handling my important package but tracking showed that it did get into the system and so I chalked it up to maybe she was just having a bad day, no big deal.

Visit number two, several months later. Stopped in again to drop a package and look around their gift shop, maybe buy a gift for my wife. One guy sitting in a chair near the front of the store, three guys behind the counter chatting amongst themselves. I approached the counter, package in hand, set it down on the counter and all three guys looked over at me. They then went back to talking - one guy on his phone, the other two to each other.

So I stood for about 10 minutes, waiting. Never an acknowledgement, no service. 10 wasted minutes of my life, gone. I picked up my package and left. Took it directly to USPS which is what I should have done to begin with.

Never again.

Very BAD experience! I just needed two prints laminated and mounted on foam board. I spent months gathering the materials only to have them ruined and completely unusable! I told him to call me if there were ANY problems and that these prints needed to be PERFECT! He said he would have my prints done in two weeks, never received a phone call, and it took a month (I had to call) to do a simple job which he completely destroyed my materials! Posters taped around the perimeter, not glued, and loose and floppy! Tape lines visible through print! Cuts a 1/4 inch out of square! There are permanent crease-fold lines on my prints due to rough handling! A black mark (sharpie?) in the center of one print! Print overhanging foam board- not trimmed flush. I love the staff at on time pack and ship NOAH and Starla make a great team and are always very friendly and ready to help out with any tasks ask of them, and if they don’t know something they are always willing to find out the answers and with a speedy response. The owner is also amazing and helps out the community so much and if there is ever an issue he is always ready to make the situation right. Communication is always key a business can’t help you out unless they know of the problem and this company always goes above and beyond not only with their incredible staff but their willing to always go above and beyond for the community.
