Blossom Bowls Northshore — Local services in Knoxville

I change my review to five stars they have started opening earlier and more consistently and that was the only downfall Why is this place always closed Wednesday morning I’m sorry afternoon it’s 1 o’clock in the day???? And I’m adding this to my previous review because I am mind blown because you’re never open !!! This is literally one of my favorite places to get breakfast and this location I would be frequently stopping but you do not open at a reasonable time in the mornings at this location you’re missing a lot of business of pay. And before work people who go to the gym early in the morning and all types of things those are some of your very important clientele who would purchase things regularly you should consider opening a little earlier I think it would help your business greatly I would give this location a five star if it were not for the hours, The hours kill...

They Close before Posted Time. I arrived at the take out window of the Northshore location at 545pm. The Open sign was on. I waited a couple minutes and then started ringing the buzzer. Couldn't see anyone. After more buzzing and finally knocking on the glass, I backed out and parked and started walking to the door. A young lady came out the door as I was starting to go in and folded the sidewalk sign and said "We're closing". I said "it's not 6pm yet and I've been at the take out window for almost 10 minutes." She said "Everything's already put away." I said "I just want a large Fruit bowl, I don't mind waiting." She just stared at me and went in the door and ignored me. You don't have to cut on any grills or do much to pull out the stuff to do that $12 fruit bowl. You better be there 30 minutes before the Posted Closing time to make sure they...

I have two small complaints

1. they fill the bowls too full so you can’t mix them up- I have to request a medium in large bowl and even then it’s usually too full

2. their bases are frozen too hard to mix. I’ve frequented many açaí bowl places all over south East and Caribbean and the consistency should be to where you can mix everything in together easily. Their bases are more like chunks of popsicle.
