Update! Went back yesterday and had excellent customer service and plenty of baby buns to be bought!!

Original review: I have 2 kids that are allergic to milk and 1 of them is allergic to eggs as well, so when I heard about this place, it was a destination event! The cinnamon rolls did not disappoint! They are delicious and the vanilla frosting was delicious as well. I got 3 different big ones and a half dozen baby buns to try, they were all fantastic!! You wouldn't think a lot of sweet stuff on a cinnamon roll would be good, but IT IS, IT'S VERY GOOD! We'll surely be going back. They aren't cheap, but allergy friendly food never really is. I have this 4 stars instead of 5, because I did feel like the customer service was lacking just a little. I think the girl at the register may have been new, but the other gal was not much more helpful. I had intended to buy a dozen cinnamon rolls for my kids since we live far away but for some reason she only had 6 rolls..... And didn't act like she had any plans to make more or offer to make more, she had 6 period. This was in the middle of the day and other people were coming in behind us. I just felt like she lost a sale there, because I would have bought other things to try but I just was turned off by the lack of engagement with us as new customers to a niche customer base. Anyhoo I'm definitely going back, because the rolls are delicious and my kids deserve something...

Mmmm goodness! The iconic Disney Dole Whip is THE reason I searched Cinnaholic out! It has been three years since our family Disney trip and this hit the spot. After reviewing the Facebook page showing the menu items and creations, we had to come try it as much as we could. We're hooked! Pineapple Dole Whip swirled with mango was perfect. The serving size was great for our little family to share while waiting for the rest of our order. My husband ordered the campfire s'mores roll. He isn't great with descriptive words for my reviews but warm and gooey were his choice. He did note that the marshmallow topping would have been absolute perfection slightly toasted. My daughter created her own cinnamon roll with vanilla frosting and sprinkles. She loves the roll by itself and with the toppings. I hate sprinkles myself but this was absolutely amazing. I could eat a tub of the frosting alone. I also ordered cookies n cream cookie dough single scoop. This also was a nice serving size that I could have easily shared with my daughter. The cookie dough was perfectly filled with chocolate chips and the frosting was delicious. We drove nearly an hour away and Cinnaholic did not disappoint. You will see...

😡🍦👎We loved their rolls often, happy they are vegan, somewhat Too sweet but we liked them. My little son can't eat gluten, & the options here are limited for him (banana really?) Sadly, no gf rolls.😞 We were happy they added dole whip, BUT the only young girl (teen?) that we saw working there waited until we arrived to make our expensive online order VERY slowly, which was the point of ordering online because we were in a rush (& made us late), then she gave me the dole whip really tall/high in a little ity-bity tiny lidless cup (Why?) that looked like it would hold salad dressing at best, with my TO-GO order, with my kids tired & begging to leave after the long wait & her glaring at & side-eyeing them like we were inconveniencing her with our order & more work? The dole melted EVERYWHERE!!! 💦All over the children, my husband, our rolls/bags, the car, our clothes, & me into a Giant sticky mess! 😠😡I fortunately had babywipes & Burger King 👑provided us a reasonable cup to get the rest of it home.
