Best sushi I have ever had in my life. It was surprising because it didn’t look like it will be like that. Hibachi dining is a unique and interactive culinary experience that combines delicious food with entertaining chefs. Here's a review of a typical hibachi restaurant: 1. **Entertaining Chefs:** Hibachi chefs are skilled at creating a lively and engaging atmosphere. They not only cook your meal but also entertain you with impressive knife skills, tricks, and humor. 2. **Interactive Dining:** Sitting around a hibachi grill with other diners fosters a sense of community. It's a fun way to celebrate special occasions or enjoy a meal with friends and family. 3. **Menu Variety:** Hibachi restaurants typically offer a diverse menu with options like steak, chicken, seafood, and vegetarian dishes. You can choose your protein and enjoy a combination of flavors. 4. **Fresh Ingredients:** Hibachi meals are prepared right in front of you using fresh ingredients, ensuring that your meal is both delicious and visually appealing. 5. **Flavorful Sauces:** The chefs often prepare flavorful sauces and dips that complement the grilled dishes perfectly, enhancing the overall taste. 6. **Portion Sizes:** Hibachi portions are generous, and it's common to leave with leftovers, making it a great value for the price. 7. **Customization:** You can often request modifications to your meal to suit your taste preferences, such as choosing your level of spiciness or sauce options. 8. **Cleanliness and Hygiene:** Hibachi restaurants are typically known for their cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards, ensuring a safe and pleasant dining experience. 9. **Reservations Recommended:** Hibachi restaurants can be busy, especially during peak dining hours or weekends, so making a reservation is often advisable. 10. **Tipping Tradition:** It's customary to tip the hibachi chef for their skills and entertaining performance. In summary, this hibachi dining offers a sizzling culinary experience that combines great food, entertainment, and community. It's perfect for those seeking a memorable dining experience that goes beyond just a meal. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a fun night out, hibachi dining is sure to leave you with a smile and a satisfied palate.

Stopped by for lunch before a doctor appt. I was greeted at the door by who I assume is the owner, based on our discussion about omakase. I think he was very pleasant, and I got a laugh out of hearing him talking to some jerk on the phone later on during my meal. The lady who waited on me was very sweet, checking in regularly but never overbearing. I got two sushi rolls and a bowl of miso soup. It was all very delicious. I really enjoyed the specialty eel roll in particular, and recommend any eel fans try it. If you need a good lunch spot and you’re in the area, give it a try.

Hibachi style, meaning you order and they cook it in the kitchen. So no fancy show, just good decent Japanese. Friday nights are super busy. Hard to get a seat, and they get a ton of online orders. So be prepared to wait on Friday. Steak, Scallops are big bites but well cooked. Not chewy. The rice is seasoned good and they give you a gallon of yumyum sauce. No lie LOL. Surprisingly really good sushi as well. We have been twice and enjoyed it both times. Pros: Good food, good prices, friendly staff Cons: limited seating, only two workers, busy on the weekends

To say it was one of the most horrendously rude encounters is an understatement. This was my first time calling in to place a to go order. The person taking my order was very hard to understand. I tried my best to accurately place my order. It was a 45 minute wait. I walked in at about 30 minutes and my food was almost ready. The order was completely wrong and the worker making the sushi came unhinged and said “I heard her repeat that order back to you. IT IS YOUR FAULT IF YOU DIDN’T PAY ATTENTION AND CHANGE IT, YOU ORDERED THIS FOOD”. I then said “No Sir, I corrected it several times over the phone and I received the response of “Ok”. He still was very rude and combative and said whatever even though this is YOUR MISTAKE I will change the order and lose 10 dollars.” I then went and proceeded out the door and he said again “Next time confirm your order and make sure it is right”. I was so...

We tried Tokyo for the first time on New Years Day. We had: wontons and pot stickers appetizers, sesame chicken/fried rice, steak & shrimp/rice/veggies hibachi, philly roll, almond shrimp roll, lobster roll, and one more that I can't remember the name of. Every single item we tasted was probably the best we've eaten since we've lived in Knoxville. I highly recommend everything I just listed. It seems from our experience and previous reviews, that it's a mother/son family restaurant, and while there were not many of us in the dining room eating, there were a ton of to go orders picked up while we were there. There was a wait to get our food to us, but honestly it wasn't bad (maybe 10 minutes) especially considering the to go orders and the fact that there were literally 2 people running everything. Thank you Google for recommending this incredible new place to us! We can't...
