Candi's Flowers — Local services in Knoxville

After ordering an 85 dollar bouquet for Mothers day that was suppose to be full of purple flowers and lavender, and receiving a bunch of hot pink and white roses due to their "replacement policy" I called Candi's Flowers to complain. They looked up the order for me and then proceeded to tell me that it was their policy and that Candi herself made that bouquet and that she thought it was very beautiful. Well it's great that Candi thinks it's beautiful, but it's not what I ordered. It's not what I wanted and that's 85 dollars that I spent. That's terrible service and I am recommending that anyone considering using Candi's Flowers reconsider and use someone else. Because you never know what you're going to get from Candi's. So my children bought me beautiful flowers when I first came on Friday and this is Monday and now they're already Wilting all the roses are and they're starting to fall apart and half of the greenery is all dead It's just really disappointing because I can't imagine what they cost my children! I would definitely find somewhere else to get flowers from. Part of there problem is they leave the bottoms of greenery and the flowers in the water.
