Went in to buy a pair of shoes. Asked about warranties. The young man said shoes are designed by the manufacture to fall apart. I asked if they stood behind their products? He gave me a noncommittal answer. That should’ve been my red flag, and I should’ve left. But I was in need and purchased a pair of Teva sandals for $70. I asked what the return policy was, and he said it was 10 days. Wore them for the rest of the day and didn’t like how they felt, even though they seemed fine when I tried them on in the store. I called a couple of days later asking if I could return them As I was within the 10 days, and I think I got the owner on the phone. He said if I’d worn them, there were no returns. They also have a great selection of women’s UT/orange clothing. The other clothing included some spring dresses as well as clothing that appeals to an older crowd.
I don’t like that they have two cash registers and require you to check out clothing in one register and shoes in another. They should communicate the split nature of the store better. I was surprised to have to pay for things two...
