Riah and Spenser were truly the epitome of exceptional service, going above and beyond to create an unforgettable experience. From the very moment we approached the bar, their warm smiles and friendly demeanor immediately set the tone for the evening, making us feel welcomed and valued. Their attentiveness was unparalleled—they anticipated our needs even before we realized them ourselves, ensuring that our glasses were never empty and that every detail was meticulously attended to. Their knowledge of mixology was astounding. They crafted drinks with such precision and flair, demonstrating an incredible understanding of flavors, ingredients, and presentation. Whether we requested classic cocktails or sought their creative recommendations, Riah and Spenser delivered beverages that were not only delicious but also presented with artistic finesse. They engaged us with fascinating stories behind each cocktail, enhancing the overall experience with their passion and expertise. Beyond their technical skills, their ability to connect on a personal level truly set them apart. They remembered our preferences, shared genuine conversations, and created an environment that felt both lively and intimate. Their energy was infectious, contributing to an atmosphere that was vibrant and enjoyable. In every aspect, Riah and Spenser were the best bartenders we’ve ever encountered. Their professionalism, charisma, and dedication turned an ordinary night out into an extraordinary memory. We left not just satisfied but genuinely impressed and eager to return, thanks to the remarkable service they provided.

When we came in they handed as a drink menu but no food menu. Apparently we were supposed to scan the QR code on our table to get the food menu. It was harder to scan through than a paper menu but I managed to get through it. I ordered the fish street tacos. I asked for fries substitution instead of chips. The street tacos were fairly well stuffed, I've had a lot thinner ones than these, but they would have tasted better with chipotle sauce and the fish was almost cold. The flavor was good although heavy on the hot, I guess to make up for the cold fish. The fries were quite good and there were plenty of them. Service was very personal but a little slow; by personal I mean they would usually sit down and talk to us, which was a bit disconcerting. The noise factor was high. All in all, I would probably come back here but would hope they have hotter fish. Or I might try something different. When we were almost done, the waitress asked if we were just going to hang out or if we wanted the check right away. This is much different from being rushed out the door at many restaurants. Note: This is NOT a place for autistics or volume-sensitive people.

Sun Nov 3, 2024 The food was good but the service was not. And it was loud but that was too be expected as it's a sports bar. I had chicken tenders and fries which were pretty good but the coleslaw side was dry when the menu said creamy. I had to add salt and mayo to make it more eatable. The sweet tea was passable with some lemon but I still had to add a half packet of sweetener to it. Our waitress came to sit on a chair at our table to take our order. That has never happened anywhere we've been (not even Hooters). At least she didn't grab my husband's hand. The waitresses here are scantily dressed and wear heavy make up which makes them look unattractive (Thick eyeliner). A waitress came by and asked if everything was ok but continued on and ignored us... She did it twice!! It took another customer to call her as she was beside him. Not coming back here. Oh, and I read the reviews afterwards. I just wish I had read them before. The ones with the lowest posts get answered by someone who just repeats the same thing.

I recently had the pleasure of being served by two outstanding bartenders at Twin Peaks. Both Gabrielle and Kait went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of exceptional.

From the moment I approached the bar, their warm and welcoming demeanor immediately set the tone for the evening. Their extensive knowledge of cocktails was truly impressive, and they skillfully crafted a variety of drinks with precision and finesse. Whether it was a classic cocktail or a custom creation, they executed each order flawlessly, showcasing their expertise and passion for mixology.

What truly set these bartenders apart was their remarkable ability to engage with every guest. Their charismatic personalities and genuine interest in ensuring that each patron felt valued created a lively and inviting atmosphere. They effortlessly juggled multiple orders without ever sacrificing the quality of their service, leaving a lasting impression on everyone they served.

Additionally, their professionalism and teamwork were evident throughout the evening. They seamlessly coordinated with one another, ensuring that no detail was overlooked and that the bar operated with efficiency and grace.

In essence, Gabrielle and Kait are a dynamic duo who embody the epitome of exceptional bartending. Their dedication to their craft, coupled with their unparalleled customer service, undoubtedly sets them apart as true assets to Twin Peaks. I look forward to returning and experiencing their impeccable service once again.

Ah, Twin Peaks of Knoxville—what a revelation! As I crossed the threshold of this ‘lodge,’ I was instantly captivated, nearly rendered speechless by the sheer grandeur of the mountain views unfurling beyond the windows. Magnificent, I say! It was as if the very heart of the Smokies had been framed for our admiration, with each peak and ridge etched in remarkable detail. I had entered expecting a mere dining experience, but was instead greeted with an alpine panorama worthy of a royal gallery.

Enthralled by this vista, I soon found myself seated and ready to embrace the full experience. To my surprise, my server recommended the ‘wings’—an unfamiliar choice for a gentleman of my particular tastes, but I was eager to embark on this culinary adventure. Each wing was tender, savory, and spiced to perfection—a stark yet exhilarating contrast to the refined meals to which I am accustomed. Paired with a cold, crisp lager, I found the pairing utterly delightful, a revelation to the palate!

To those seeking an experience that marries the rustic with the majestic, I cannot recommend Twin Peaks highly enough. This is not just dining; it is a celebration of flavor and nature’s splendor...
