I can not say enough about this company. First off, I absolutely love their shoes, super cute and great quality. I recently made an online order for two pair of shoes. However, when they were delivered only one pare was in the box and there was not a delivery invoice or packing list. I called Free People (yes they actually have a phone number with a person on the other end, rear I know) and Dessi (sorry if it's misspelled) answered. I explained what happened and gave her a little info about my order. She said the item was still in stock and she was going to send me a replacement pair. And just like that, she made me realize why I shop with such a classy brand. Thank you Dessi and Free People for being there for your customers. It is very rear to find such a high level of customer service these days, let alone a company willing to take a phone call to resolve a problem person to person.
