Kendra Scott — Local services in Knoxville

I am a long time Kendra Scott customer, but today was my first in store experience at the color bar. My daughter and I have July birthdays that are 5 days apart and have been counting down the days until our Kendra Scott trip and today was the day! We had an INCREDIBLE experience in store at this Knoxville location- it very much made the 2 hour drive there worth it and we will for sure be doing it again. My daughter was also celebrating another significant milestone- she is now 6 years cancer free! Kat, Jordan, & Hunter went above and beyond for my daughter and I today. They made this experience so fun for my girl and I. She told me so many times that this was the “best birthday ever.” Thank you Kendra Scott Knoxville for making this a memorable day. UPDATE: it’s been months and I can see the owner replied to other reviews but has nothing to say to defend their actions in regards to my review. I loved KS but will never purchase from this brand again. — Came here to pick up something for myself for my birthday. It was 5:38 pm when I walked up to the door and they are closed. Their hours online and on the door show they’re open until 6 pm today. This is frustrating when employees think it’s acceptable to close early because they’re not busy, but it’s extra disappointing when you plan to shop here on your birthday only to walk up to a locked door. Closing 20+ minutes early is extremely unprofessional. You’ve lost my business as a whole. ETA: 2 minutes later I’m watching the employees walk out...

I received an initial necklace as a gift, but the link broke. When I went to the store to fix or replace it, the salesperson made me feel unwelcome and refused to believe the necklace was from their store. Despite my attempts to explain and show proof, she was dismissive and unhelpful. Eventually, she offered to fix it, but the experience was so unpleasant that I decided to leave the store.
