When KNX first opened, 7 or 8 years ago I considered joining but was always worried that because I did not know a thing about working out, that I would not be able to do the things they expected me to do and I would look foolish and give up, so why join...so I continued to make unhealthy choices until here recently.So the summer of 2020 I started making changes in my life that would help get me into better shape and help lead me into a healthier lifestyle. In October I called Chris with questions about signing joining KNX Fit. He reassured me that most everyone starts out doing things they are capable of doing, to help build up to where they need to be and strengthen areas that need to be strengthened by doing small things that lead to big things. I could not do a pushup to save my life when I first started in November but my arms are getting stronger, without the bulky big muscles, and I can now do these things and so much more.I miss so much on the days that I don't make it to the gym. I appreciate and love that KNX helps you build your workout and strength to what you are capable of doing, plus they challenge you and give you safe ways of working out that benefit you.Fun people that genuinely push you, care for how you are doing, and offer help when or where it is needed.Very encouraging all the way around.A couple of years ago I would not have been able to do a portion of the things I have been doing this past year or so and I am thankful for my pals at KNX.Fit for helping to motivate me & help me learn all sorts of new fitness exercises that are good for me, that I mostly enjoy doing. When you look at a workout and think you cannot do something due to certain limitations, or for whatever reason, talk to the coaches at KNX.Fit, they work well to find different movements that you can do, that work the same muscles for your benefit.KNX.Fit wants to help people stay active, move and exercise safely and in a way that benefits them going forward.I've not always been physically able to do a specific movement but after speaking with the coaches we've come up with alternative movements that challenge me but still allow for me to get moving and benefit from the workout that I am doing at the time and there is tons of great support and comraderie with others doing their workouts at KNX.Fit, also.Great people-Great place to...

KNX.Fit has coached classes which are awesome for motivation and if your a newbie like me great for learning the different workouts and proper and safe movements/form. The owner, Chris Gordon, was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions when I was signing up and made sure I understood what this gym was about. They even have apps to register for their classes and to look up the daily workouts. I know I was nervous initially about holding the class back since I was new, but everyone in my class is super supportive of each other. Also, the coach that Iāve had, Dakota Cingle, has done an excellent job of helping me improve my form and technique, explaining the workouts and their importance, as well as making sure I donāt hurt myself.
