Our experience seems to waver at this location, so ordering here is always a risk which I try to avoid. However, the only place that still delivers for cash, sometimes it's the only option. We mistakenly ordered twice in a 4 day period. The 1st time the order showed it went to the oven on the tracker and back to the store. Store closed popped up, and no one answered. I hurriedly threw together supper, and was just getting everyone to bed, when 90 mins late, the order showed up. I explained I'd already fed them and didn't need it now. She explained being the only driver, etc and left with food in hand. The 2nd order was here on time, but wrong. I clicked on pepperoni pizza, then chose large and hand tossed crust. We got cheese pizza.. I guess. There wasn't much cheese and what was there was dry. We got the Cheese Steak Melt which I can only say both looked and tasted like a piece of cardboard with leftover, microwaved ingredients inside. I could barely eat half it was so dry. They did return with a pepperoni pizza, but not without excuses about not being responsible when online ordering because it's contracted out etc. Why is that not still your responsibility and why do I need to hear about it? Additionally, the exhorbitant fees charged for delivery, and several notifications that they don't include tipping, adds a substantial amount to the total. It's in no way worth the price.. not food...

We waited 17 minutes before seeing our server despite only one table occupied in the restaurant. We ordered a pan pizza and cheese sticks. The server brought out garlic bread with cheese and I objected informing her that is not what we ordered. She promptly responded, “I accidentally wrote the wrong thing down” and turned and walked away. End of discussion apparently. The correct item was never received.
The pizza came out and we waited again for plates and silverware which we only received after getting up and going to the counter to ask for them. They were out of straws and had no salt, pepper or crushed red peppers.
The supposed pan pizza was not even close to a pan pizza, rather a thin crust baked in a pan. I expressed my displeasure about the pizza, service and experience and was given a deer in the head lights look. My bill wasn’t even corrected to remove the garlic bread we didn’t order.

Read moreThis will officially be the last time I’m ordering from Knoxville iowa Pizza Hut. Ordered a large order earlier in the day to make sure it was here by dinner. Said ETA was 4:40-4:50 NOTHING is delivered. I call at 5:10 just to see what happened or when it will be here. 18 minutes, 18 minutes on the phone just waiting for someone to pick up. Then it gets even worse because the guy said they hadn’t even started the order. Remind you it’s now 6pm everyone is hungry it’s too late to cook. The guy says they will have to cancel my order. What in the world is happening here. I’d also like to mention this is not the first situation it’s normal for the pizza to be late. The order to be wrong. The order have items missing. I’ve been nice and understanding for the most part but come on now. You had my number you could have called when you knew you wasn’t going to be able to complete order or you could have stopped taking orders...
