Went to grab a couple of things and I had to walk through a worker at the front door smoking. I should have turned around then. When I was walking in the personal care item section near their office area there was a worker coughing up a lung with no apparent regard for the fact that she was in a public place where other people are trying to do what they need to and get out. I was at the store on the north side of Knoxville and the store wasn't very busy, but there was a delivery guy there. One young lady was working with the delivery guy, but the check out line started to get line and no one was doing the register. I finally had to tell to get someone else to come do the check out line. Poor customer service!! Clerk had a LINE OF 6 PEOPLE AND 2 OTHER CLERKS THERE PLUS STORE MANAGER, and NO ONE opened the second register to get customers through the line faster. I have 20+ years retail management experience and WOULD NOT HAVE ALLOWED MY CUSTOMERS TO STAND IN LINE LIKE THAT WHEN THERE WERE 3 OTHER PEOPLE IN THE STORE, including manager, TO RUN REGISTERS AND PUT TRUCK AWAY!!!
