I went into Target yesterday 5/8/2018. I meant to only buy toothpaste and an exfoliating brush. I figured it'd only be about $20 and I could get that $5 gift card deal that the store was promoting.
I met a team member named Seerena in the cosmetic area. What started as a simple request to see exfoliating brushes expanded into a very involved discussion about my skincare. She was able to recommend products for all of my skincare needs and explain what each product did, even so far as to explain some of the chemical components. Seerena worked out a new skincare regimen for me.
Specifically, I bought the EcoTools Facial Cleansing Brush, Biore Pore Strips, Bliss Pore Control Souffle Mask and Pixi Glow Tonic, along with cotton ball pads and a keratin hair smoother, as well as two new lip colors from the clearance section that she directed me to.
Now, I am a person who experiences buyers remorse, and I ended up spending WAAAAAAY more than I intended to. The buyers remorse was intense for me.
I went home, and before I went to bed, I started the new skincare regimen that Seerena set up for me.
I. Loved. It.
My previous skin routine: Makeup wipes Cleanser Moisturizer
Afterward, my skin would feel tight and even after the moisturizer, it would feel dry.
Seerena's New Skincare Regimen: Makeup wipes Cleanser (w/ EcoTools exfoliating brush once/week) Biore Pore Strip Bliss Pore Control Souffle Mask Pixi Glow Tonic Moisturizer
My skin felt supple and actually felt hydrated. The next day, my face felt as soft as baby skin. I actually had to mentally command myself to STOP touching, petting, and massaging my face because my skin felt SO NICE. I also regretted having to put on makeup and ruining the feel.
My buyers remorse was instantly GONE!
Anyway, I figured you would want to know about Seerena from the Kohler Target Store working in the Beauty section. She knows what she's doing. She is professional, approachable, and amiable. She's got the knowledge and know-how. Plus, I didn't know anything about this "cartwheel" thing and she helped me out...

I am not happy with how this location handles their stock either there is never any product out on the floor when it should be! Also very slow to bring in new shipments how am I supposed to spend money in this store if you never have the items I’m looking for instock it’s...
Read moreNot a very good experience overall. I had no problem with the customer service delivered by the employees I interacted with, but the store was seriously understocked in more than one spot and somewhat disorganized. The dollar section was practically empty except for deeply discounted Halloween items. Other sections seemed understocked as well, especially seasonal. The grocery was small and disappointing, lacking the variety of items I'm accustomed to seeing at practically ever other Target I've visited. I understand transitions between holidays may be to blame for some of this experience, but it definitely wasn't the kind of experience I expect...
