Terrible Service!!! Especially Sheboygan and those that work there...Had service for about 7 years, first few were not so bad. (Paying around $65 or $70.) But over the last few years bill gradually got higher, now its steady at $90. Finally sick of it i call them in March to request lower speeds to save some money. They gave a lousy $10 credit for April. Now again since May the bill is back up to $90!! So i call and grill the idiot on the phone, tries to use the "promotional discount" excuse... lmao..WHAT DISCOUNT? My discount was done after the first year so why is it on the statement?? And why did you raise my speeds/bill without my permission?? Not only that but when you talk to customer service they literally dont know what theyre doing. They basically parrot to you what your statement says. Utterly useless, and thats why these failed individuals only make 16 bucks an hour lol Save yourself time money and a headache. Dont go to Spectrum! Check out TDS same speeds cheaper bill, and way better...
Read moreThis store was awful!!! There were 3 employees there, one, the manager, was in the back the entire time. There were 4 customers when I went in. I asked one of the other customers how long they were waiting and was told 20 minutes, when one of the employees speaks up and says at least it’s not the 2 hours it was earlier- Really! And you’re proud of that! The other customer and I continued to talk and the employee kept interjecting…all I was thinking was maybe you should focus on what you’re doing and the customer you’re dealing with. The customer that I was talking to was next in line and I was just after. We both were done within 10 minutes after waiting for at least 45 minutes. I called the play “stick” and the guy was wide open and it lags and says your connection is experiencing issues. Then later in the game down my a td I do a play action roll out play and I get the same message saying your connection is experiencing issues and my qb just runs out of bounds and takes a 10 yard loss and I lose the game after this I throw my Xbox controller and broke it lost 21-14.
