Rocky Rococo Pizza and Pasta — Restaurant in Sheboygan

What a disappointment! I didn't open the box cuz I wanted to keep it hot until I got home. When I opened up the top of the lid the pizza was blonde. It smelled like a Rocky's pizza but that's as far as it went. After taking one bite it was nothing but raw dull on the bottom and the crust part was even worse. Stuck it in the oven at 375 for 10 minutes. It browned up and crisped up very nicely. I then called the store to inform them about the pizza and what I had found and you said yeah, And? The young man who answered the phone said well maybe next time you should order it more well done. I told him maybe you should check your pizzas and the temperatures daily to make sure that they're coming out one the color that they should be that they are cooked through and through. Temperature and time of the conveyor belt directly coincide with each other what it was one day is not the same the next and you need to make test pizzas every now and then to ensure the quality of your product. He said yeah I'll think about it. Then he hung up the phone. That's really too bad I used to really like Rockies and I haven't had it in probably 10 years. Needless to say that'll be the last Rocky pizza that I order here...

Understaffed and undercooked pizza. Argumentive. Horrible customer service. I got a bright pink center for pork and was told that its normal. Uncooked pork is never normal! And only requested a veggie in exchange for sausage and was told no! Even calling corporate for wi at this point then never going to bother with this place again. I'll wait til I'm in Madison for my pizza fix. This place is a joke.

Edit to add. Now that I work for doordash went to pick up an order and was told I was banned. Because he recognized me by my review photo here So apparently if you complain they ban you from store. I had to get someone to go in and get the doordash order for me so I could deliver. This is 💯 unacceptable and will be contacting corporate once again. Just because I complained to a higher up doesn't mean I'm banned from a location. That was a personal matter not to be used for further incounters like this. Tables were dirty when we got there. We found onr that was not dirty after looking at many. We ordered a whole pizza, so we had the normal wait time for pizza 25 minutes for the pizza to come out. Then we took 15 -20 minutes to eat. Not one time while we were there'd anyone come out to clean tables . They picked up trays from the trash cans but did not wipe a single table off. The workers were more concerned about talking and being on their phones than keeping the tables cleaned and wiped down. The employees need to be trained on how to stay busy while working and being on their personal phones while working. The shift lead or supervisor needs to know what his or her workers are doing.
