Alright - I'm giving a review not because I bought cookies and they were great. Instead I had a coworker go in and buy cookies for another co-worker that had a bunch of storm damage. She mentioned why she was buying cookies and the owner came over and made sure to make the storm damage coworker's day better.
This is with a 5 Star review because of a few reasons: first, that's phenomenal marketing. Second, that was a great simple way to show care for the community. Third, I've talked with one of the owners and he has been over the top nice to work with and pleasant to be around.
It's still pretty darn early for a 5 Star review in my mind. But it felt worthwhile to give for now after that story this morning.
Yeah the cookies are fun and interesting, but no amount of amazing cookies can make a place deserve 5 Stars. Cookies only get so good - the people push it...
Read moreNever been soo frustrated with a Crumbl. This is one of my favorites cookies places in Utah. The tres leche Oreo cookie was to die for!!! So good and earned this location the 1 star! However, the French toast cookie, vanilla Oreo, and sugar cookie were all TERRIBLE!! This has to be location specific. Cookies were overcooked, tough, crunchy, and plain out bad. Biting into the French toast cookie was like biting into a chip.. crunchy, tough, and not conducive to a normal Crumbl cookie. Each cookie had this same issue but the French toast was the worst. Very very disappointed in the overall experience. On top of that was not greeted when walking in, two ladies working with no real apparent desire to be there or help me. The cookies were very...

I was so excited because when I lived out of state we have a place called Insomnia Cookies, which were my favorite… but with how clustered/cluttered and overcrowded it is on the inside, without any order for the customers, or even the staff, I was already not impressed. Then I tried their cookies. Crumbl Cookie was overpriced Walmart bakery in a fancy box… not to mention the people rolling the cookie dough in balls were playing with their masks/mouths every 15-30 seconds and then kept rolling the dough and putting their hands back into the new dough after touching all over their face and body without changing their gloves once. I will not be returning anytime soon. I was overly...
