Went for lunch with my wife and kids Friday July 20th. Waitress came around and got our drink orders first,... brought 3 out of 4 drinks, forgot to give us the straws,... no big deal on that one. Took another 5 minutes before my daughters flavored lemonade arrived. Then we ordered. Chili queso and chips as an appetizer and told the waitress we wanted the pico de gallo on the side. 15 minutes or more go by and still no appetizer. We also ordered a large order of wings 1/2 honey bbq, 1/4 teriyaki, 1/4 medium along with 2 sides of carrots and celery. When the food arrived it all came all at once,... appetizer and all. Although I specifically told the waitress we wanted the pico on the side, it was dumped on top anyway. The reason for ordering pico on the side is my wife and kids don't like onions, but I do. That got sent back and I had them take it off my bill. Whats the point of an appetizer anyway if it arrives at the same time as the meal? and it was not as I ordered it. As far as the wings we ordered,... we got 15 wings total,... 5 bbq, 5 teriyaki, 5 medium. I am sure they use to have 24 wings in a large order so it seemed I was short changed. Spoke to the manager and he told me its now 18 and it use to be 20. Either way they shorted me and got the amount of each sauce wrong. Its a corporate decision for Buffalo Wild Wings to give you less at the same price so I don't totally hold this particular Buffalo Wild Wings responsible for that. Even the veggies we got looked as though they were cut up in a wood chipper. Little fragments of carrots and gnarly looking celery. I want to be fair and let you know the manager did get us a few more wings to make up the difference and took a little off the bill for our troubles. While we were eating we could see more trouble at the table next to us. Seems they screwed up that order as well. We have been going to this Buffalo Wild Wings since they first opened and it is now becoming a victim of complacency . Seems to me they are letting themselves go down the crapper . Its really a shame, we need some other choices besides the usual Chinese buffets, fast food and pizza places. I guess I will just make wings at home from now on. Read moreUpdate #2: took 9 days...FINALLY received my refund. GM emailed stating that he would contact me...he did to a point...only after I called corporate numerous times and emailing him. All in all, he didn't follow up as he said he would.
UPDATE: over a week and still NO refund!!!! I called corporate and all was stated to me is they are a "message center"! Received an email response from the GM, Tom. He said everything is handled by corporate and it's out of his hands. Really? No...it boils down to not wanting to deal with it. Keep getting the run around as to when refund will happen. They're quick to take your money...and I never received food. Poor customer service and how this company is run. This place a joke!
Placed an online order...said food would be ready at 4:40pm. Got there at 4:44pm with confirmation online saying "food is ready".
Waited over 15 min, still no food. Asked Vanessa to speak to a manager, she decided to take a phone call instead. I asked Vanessa again to speak to the manager and she said that I'm not just the only customer, there's other customers to take care of... customer service is nonexistent with this restaurant! Waited another 10 min, seen Vanessa go to a manager and walked away. Waited another 5 min before Roxanne came over. I was told by both Vanessa and Roxanne that they are short staffee... only 2 cooks...on a holiday weekend. Even the GM wasnt present. I cancelled my order and wanted a refund and Roxanne stated she didnt have authorization to do refunds. She said she has to talk to the GM for that. That's ridiculous! I'm a manager in retail and never have I heard of that. I called corporate headquarters and placed a complaint. No idea as too when I will receive my monies back!...
Read moreWe all see that the hours show that BWW closes at 11 pm on Sundays and 12am the rest of the week right? Cool. Well on Sunday my friends and I came in at 9:15 pm and we noticed signs around the host area telling us to seat ourselves at the bar area. We did, but not one acknowledged us at all. We sat no one said hi. I went to the bartender to try to get menus, he ignored us. He seemed more interested in his friends. When my friends and I places an order online, because it was taking so long, a friend and I wanted to grab a drink. We sat at the bar for about 15 min and still no one said anything, even the bartender just flat out ignored and not even looked at us. So my friend and I went back to our table. As we saw someone from the kitchen go lock up the doors, thats when we realized they closed at 10pm instead of what the website said. I then later interrupt the bartender from his conversation with his friends to ask if our order was even placed because if it wasn't we were happy to go. He checked and said it was. I asked then, before he could leave, if the place was closed and he said ya. I said I'm sorry your website said 11. Then as we recieve our food, the man who locked the doors just dumps it on the table. We had also ordered drinks but with how disrespectful we were treated we left.
I've been working in food service since the day I started working and the amount of disrespect was so rude. Like how can no one say "Hey folks were closing soon" or "im sorry I stopped serving drinks at this time".
Just being ignored and watching our order get dumped onto the table was so disrespectful. I encourage no one to go to this place. Let it close and put something new there.
