Never taking my computer here again. Dropped my computer off and told them my video card was overheating on the VRAM and hotspot pushing 110C and even crashing and that the thermal pads and paste would need to be replaced. Its a 3080 series which is know for this issue. Josh the owner said "we will look at it and hopefully get it fixed. He did not inform me they do not replace pads or paste which I requested he do and at that time he should of know there would be little he could do to fix it. I picked it up and he said he has fixed it and ran stress test ALL DAY and everything is fine and just fixed it by giggling some cords(his words) and charged me 75 dollars. I get it home and my card is still running at the same temps as before and I call to say hey its still having problems. The lady working there starts to screaming at me says go to Best Buy and hangs up. I stop in and talk to Josh and he then admits they don't replace pads or paste but didn't see why that matters even though its why I brought it in and requested it. And he kept focusing on the GPU temp which isnt an issue with these cards (its the VRAM and hotspots that have temp problems. It shows he really doesn't know computers or keep up with tech specs. Which is probably why he didnt see a problem with running a stress test all day with the cards temp 25C over the threshold limit. He did refund me the 75 dollars but probably has caused damage or shortened the life of my 1000 dollar video card by running stress test all day 25c over temp and not even knowing what temps he should be monitoring even after I told him which ones. Not only do I find it shady to accept a repair you cant do(replace pads and paste) he can cause serious damage to your computer by his lack of knowledge. Stay clear if you have more then a...

I was in need of the most easily lost and highly annoying part of any PC build. The dreaded M.2 screw for my new NVMe SSD. I called and spoke to a gentleman by the same name and ironically he had 1 screw he just removed from a build and set aside for me. It was $.25 for it when I went to pick it up. The nice lady inside said if I had to break a dollar it was on the house. That is high quality and awesome service to me. Something so small and overlooked they took the time to go out of their way to help me. I would highly recommend their business for your PC and computing needs. Support small and local business! Amazing customer service. I needed a new desktop for home office use, that could allow the use of 4 monitors. Best Buy presented me with a $1,100 solution, after I had to convince them that an off the shelf unit would not work unless it had an upgraded graphics card or a second card. Talked to William at Taylored PC's and he had me an awesome solution for just over $400!, He set it up with 4 monitors in his shop before he called me for pick up. When I picked it up I walked out and forgot the power cord. William put it in the mail for me, keeping me from having to make the 1 hr round trip drive.
