The managers, and Yogi himself, are absolutely rude and will refuse to fix any mistakes they make. Do not waste your money.
I ordered 2 pizzas, one veggie and one chicken with pizza sauce. I ended up getting a barbeque chicken instead. Easy mistake to make, I just want my order corrected. I ordered these pizzas to my business as lunch for my employees.
The barbeque looked overcooked, and none of us like barbeque, so the pizza didn't even get touched. I called and was told a manager would be there by 3. So I patiently waited. I call back at 3:20 and am told in a very cold and displeased tone they would fix my pizza. After 10 minutes I get a call back from the girl who delivered it saying they would not be remaking my pizza because they told me it would be barbeque when I ordered and that I agreed. She even said she had just been chewed out for offering to have it remade for me. Yelling at your employees because they're trying to do the right thing? That's insane, I hate when employees are treated like that.
I call again. I end up talking a guy named either Rob or Ron, he informa me he's the manager. I explain my situation to him. He tells me the woman who took my order confirmed I ordered barbeque so they won't be giving me any refund or new pizza. I disagree, because that's clearly a lie, he tells me I'll have to call back Monday to talk to the owner, Yogi. I ask why does the owner have to remake my pizza or give me a refund? You're a manager and you can't do that? He just stone walls me and tells me to call back Monday.
I call again, thinking then I'll talk to this lady who said she was a manager and had literally just promised to remake my order. I get Rob/Ron again. He starts yelling me that I just told him we thought the barbeque pizza tasted good, so we must have eaten it. I never said that and I have an entire untouched pizza here to prove it. So we start going around again. Suddenly the story he's giving me starts falling apart. Apparently Yogi made my pizza and that's why he knows it was correct. I tell him, "You just said Yogi wasn't there? He wasn't here 3 hours ago when I first called? He made my pizza and then left?" Suddenly Yogi take the phone and starts yelling at me. (Guess he WAS available afterall and Rob/Ron was just lying to me.) Yogi tells me he made the pizza exactly like I ordered it and I was told it would be barbeque. Yells that they won't do anything for me and hangs up.
I call again. They're giving me no option to call. Clearly the people who have the ability to fix this error are available and just don't want to. They don't give a single care for the customers who are literally paying for his store to even exist. I get Yogi again. He yells again that they won't do anything for me and if I call again he's going to call the cops. I don't believe that's true. So I call back again. This time I get Rob/Ron. He says Yogi stormed out after my last call, 3 seconds ago. Rob/Ron is insisting that I said we liked the taste of the pizza so we must have eaten it. I keep telling him I have this entire pizza, untouched, because it was made wrong. He starts to tell me he's surprised I'm acting this way since I'm a small business person, too. I just tell him, "If we make a mistake, we make it right with the customer. You're doing nothing!" Eventually Ron/Rob tells me, "If you bring that pizza here and it is actually untouched, I'll give you a refund. But don't come back to Yogi's ever again." (No problem. After this I wouldn't go back if my life depended on greasy food) He tells me he may not be here, but the girls at the window will take care of it. I press him to make sure the people at the window will actually know. He agrees.
I hop in my car and drive across town. The girl at the window was the same person who delivered it and had gotten yelled at for wanting to make the issue right. She takes the pizza and comes back with my $20 refund. She quietly tells me sorry. I give her another $5 as a tip and tell her I'm sorry she had to deal with all this. She nods and I...
Read moreThe food is really really good, but... it always seems like a hit or miss with this place. I usually order about $40 worth every time, one or two pizzas with some sides. Always, every single time that I have ordered so far, I either have one of the pizzas burnt or overcooked, and everything else perfect, or one of my sides was over fried, while everything else was perfect. Seems like I can't have my entire order cooked the way it's supposed to at once. Either my pizza will be too tough or too dark, or my mozzarella sticks or jalapeno poppers were fried to the point where there is no filling left. Which for the price, is pretty disappointing. Every sandwhich has been good though! It's also a hit or miss with customer service. Some people I call and talk to are really friendly and have no problem taking down my order. But I have gotten a few grouchy people before, who acted like me calling to make an order was a burden on their time and talked to me as such. :( One time, after just making an order, I called them back real quick to add a drink onto my order. The woman who answered the phone acted very annoyed and short with me, when all I asked was if a drink could be added. Just one. I didn't realize it was such a big deal. And I have never talked to anyone or acted in any way for any of the staff to treat me in such a way. I don't understand why I was talked to that way... If she was just having a bad day or if she talks to everyone that way... Oh well. It definitely is starting to put me off calling and...
Read moreYogi, you know you did me wrong on my order. I had food missing. Delivery time was 45 to 60 min , order was delivered 85 min later, , its not my fault your driver's car broke down. ( which wasn't even my Delivery driver ) but they was devirted to go assist that driver, which made my Delivery even more late, and not even a courtesy call to inform me that my order may be late,,and then mine and my family's food is cold,, so into the microwave it goes.. so I call to ask if you can make it right. And I get total disrespected by you, by hiding behind your manager ( which was extremely nice and understanding ) telling her to tell me that you wasn't making NOTHING RIGHT. I paid you for food that i never received. For your information thats THEIFT OF MONIES, THEN refusing to talk to me, AND RUNNING OUT and leaving after I said I'll be up to talk to you, Yogi Harrell. That's piss poor business ethics, I've been a 25 YEAR loyal customer.. And you wanna treat and disrespect me that way, this is beyond unimaginable.. I'm so sadly disappointed in you... you used to be a well respected business man , but has let his GREED for MONEY take...
