I called prior to ordering and to see if they delivered. I was told delivery was available online for a fee of $4.00. I asked the person answering the phone at the restaurant wearing masks and hands plus other services were pendemic protective compliant and they said yes. I went through drive through and I found they didn't have the regular recipe chicken, only crispy. I got to the pickup window and the person was quite pleasant with me ' the client '. I took a glance through the cooking and food preparation areas and found that on employee possibly the manager had no pendemic protective materials on at all, so I addressed the nice cashier about the subject and the response was very agreeable and they started to go address the worker/manager. I am aware of the hostility and violence that has been the reply on addressing this issue amongst some others, so I hurriedly left having finishing my transaction. We did take steps to additionally prepare the food for safe consumption. I am not a germaphobe, but I know we are in the ' at risk ' category. By the way, this is not a target for this particular restaurant. I have encountered these types of situations in other food preparation facilities. I now see that awareness of this pandemic is no being complied with at many food service facilities. I can only wander how many people died by merely going out to grab something to eat. I am being cautious about it when I eat out. I think it is just not being taken as serious as it should in restaurants etc. Going to church, working out at the gym, going to school, all with safety measures in place pales in comparison to many restaurants, bars, casinos, as well as one night stands of which the federal watchdogs have lost their scent and are confused and on the wrong trail as we see it clearly at least in America . Stay safe and God...
Read moreIf I could I would give zero stars. I was going there to pick up an online order for my daughter, had to wait in the drive-thru line to pick it up, that was at least a 20-30 min wait finally get to the speaker and they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about I gave my daughters name and that wasn't enough they asked what she had ordered, I had no clue didn't think I needed to know, anyway I decided to go ahead and place an order for myself. Oh and this was the second order my daughter had placed with them that day, the first one was not even what she had ordered. Anyway I get both orders and head to give my daughter hers and like the first one it wasn't right, they gave her fries instead of mashed potatoes and gravy, I try calling and got nothing, I went on home and go to look at my order and mine wasn't right either, they had left out 2 ingredients on mine, it definitely wasn't the same. It took me trying to call them 4 or 5 times before I got ahold of someone and of course they were more than willing to replace them but it's the point that would have been the third trip there for what one meal, ridiculous. They need to figure something out about the online orders, people shouldn't have to wait in line for that long to get their food, if they wanted to do that they should have just went there and placed it...
