I rented this venue for our small wedding, when we arrived to set up it was very dirty we had to spend over a hour cleaning up soda cans, food upstairs off the floor, smeared food on the kitchen counter and more. My son was running around with his shoes off during this and you can tell they never clean the carpet downstairs , by the time we got the place clean his feet were black. We only cleaned enough to make it presentable for our wedding. I took pictures of things that were broken or dirty that I couldn't clean from previous renters and sent them to management. During our wedding we had no drinks that were colored. After our wedding the 10 of us to stayed to clean spent about 3 hours cleaning to make sure the place was way cleaner than we found it so the next renters wouldn't have to deal with the same thing we did. They then called us a couple days later accusing us of breaking the things I had taken pictures of and leaving huge stains everywhere. They tried to say we didn't...

This is a review of my observations of this place, and I hope it will be useful for other people who want to rent here for their events to keep it in mind and be able to make an informed decision. If they need to make a claim, they can do so with as much evidence as possible. Being naive, we only trusted that the place was okay when we received it; however, when they inspected it, they wanted it to be more than okay. Keep in mind that management will review how you deliver it and not how you receive it. Therefore, TAKE PHOTOS OF ALL THE CORNERS THAT "YOU" find need attention. This includes behind the green chairs around the place. The floor, which is already very deteriorated by time, will have stains that will never come out. Take note of this and TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS OF ALL THE STAINS YOU FIND ON THE FLOOR. They could tell you that they found soda or beer stains, and even if these are from a previous party, they will be charged to you. Gather all the information you can and send it to the administration before your event and let them know what you observed so they have proof before any claim and that way they don't ask for it later and you have it to cover your back since they will have no compassion in charging you $100.00 just for mopping the floor. esta es una reseña sobre mis observaciones de este lugar y espero que sea de utilidad para que otras personas que quieran rentar aqui para sus eventos lo tengan en mente y puedan decidir de manera bien informada y si necesitan hacer una reclamacion lo hagan con el mayor numero de pruebas; por ser ingenuos solo confiamos en que el lugar estaba ok cuando lo recibimos, sin embargo cuando lo revisaron lo querian mas que ok, tengan presente que la administracion revisara como lo entregara usted y no en como lo recibe por lo tanto TOME FOTOS DE TODOS LOS RINCONES QUE “USTED” encuentre que necesitan atencion. Eso incluye detras de las sillas verdes en derredor del lugar. El piso que ya esta muy deteriorado por el tiempo, tendra manchas que no se quitan nunca, tome nota de esto y TOME FOTOS TE TODAS LAS MANCHAS QUE ENCUENTRE EN EL PISO, podrian decirle que encontraron manchas de soda o cerveza y aunque estas sean de una fiesta previa, seran cargadas a usted, reuna toda la informacion que pueda y enviela a la administracion antes de que tenga su evento y dejeles saber lo que observo para que tengan las pruebas antes de cualquier reclamo y asi no se las pidan despues y usted las tenga para cubrir su espalda ya que ellos no tendran ninguna compacion en cobrarle $100.00 tan solo por trapear el piso. Place was filthy when we arrived to set up. But the real filth was our feet after walking on their carpets that probably haven't been washed in half a century. Spent hours after our small wedding cleaning up. Was later called and accused of not cleaning at all. They should really rethink trusting their so called "very honest cleaning crew".
