Red Eye Saloon — Restaurant in Kuna

This used to be one of my fiance and I's favorite local bars to go to. We celebrated our engagement with family there, one of our son's 30th Bday and many many more occasions. My fiance is the most kind heart and a local home grown Kuna residents.

Last night my son was in town from NV so we took some friends and family to our favorite watering hole. Well unfortunately it will be the very last time we step foot in there. My fiance and one of our boy's were sitting by the pool tables talking and some young guy walked in dead set on walking up to them. We don't know him at all. He shoulder bumps my son and then my fiance. They don't start anything and my fiance and another son go back to play golden tee. The bouncer then proceeds to lean up against the pilar arms crossed eye balling them. So my fiance asks the bouncer did we do something? He tells him yes you dropped your shoulder into one of our regulars. My fiance said I did nothing of the sort nor am I a trouble maker. We were asked to leave so we went to the Longhorn which we will continue to. The bouncer from the Red eye then tried to go there and tell them to watch us and tried to cause issues for us there. The bouncer there told the red eye bouncer to leave. The night was finished at the Longhorn and so much fun. My fiance is still heart broken his favorite bar treated him in such a manner. We will be letting all our friends and family know to no longer give any business to the Red Eye. Hoping no other patrons have this...

Tracy the bartender is just a nasty human. She treated me like crap and it is like she already assumed I was drunk. But little did she know it was my first drink of the night...I won't ever go back there when long horn is next door and there is better service and a better atmosphere there...Tracy should be fired so the own quites losing his regular because of her...she was sooo rude to me and I was one of the regulars moms...I was respectful and nice to her from the start but she just seemed to hate her job and she was just rude from the jump...I was a cocktail waitress and bartender and never treated people the way she did right off the bat...so I refuse to ever go back in that bar just in case she is working...Kuna is the only place my son will go out to. .so he will only go to the long horn now

Sp due to ur bartender you have lost ur patriots because of her being just nasty.. Curtis is always nice and kind to everyone but as much as id like to say hi to Curtis I won't take the chance that Tracy...

Great pours, amazing staff, always a unique clientele. Been a patron for years. You want a good drink to share alone, maybe strike up conversation with locals this is the place. Perfect pre-game spot if visiting kuna from boise or meridian and heading to Enriques or Cowgirls. Heck spend your whole evening here and have some classic bar food and your bound to have a great time. Always a fun and different experience even for a regular. Kudos Red Eye Saloon. I do miss the hoss days with the amazing wings. As a past cook/chef they recently seem to hire uninspired "repeatables", cooks with no interest in drawing a special crowd and just maintain the status quo. Prime rib used to be super excellent. We miss those days. Really wish they would install a few more TVs and work on their menu. More people would be frequent visitors. I've seen their kitchen capacities, they could easily return to that level with just one passionate person and ownership wishing to promote it on select days/nights. So much...
