I just wanted to leave some hopefully positive feedback because I think things could be improved. My husband ordered a cake for a special birthday and the quality was not what we were expecting. The cake itself was overcooked and burnt, and too dry. The icing really lacked flavor, so I’m not sure if any flavor is used in the buttercream. Have been wanting to check this out for a while. I got 3 cookies, a cupcake, and a slice of cake. The guy was nice and threw in a cereal treat when i asked how much they were. Cookies were decent. Cupcake was inedible. It had been sitting there for some time i think. It was hard and dry. The brown sugar cake slice was also dry, overly sweet and frosting texture was grainy. Cinnamon rolls were all burnt on the outside. The center was good but not good enough for the price and the unfriendly customer service that accompanied it. Ridley's has better and less expensive ones. As far as a local bakery, I would choose Hudson Bakery because the employees are very friendly and the product was way better & healthier.
