My second 30-day Strut Fitness challenge is officially over! With that being said, during my 30 days here, I have accomplished, learned, and achieved so much. The first thing I learned was a healthy diet. Before the challenge, I was on a seafood diet; I saw it, I would eat it. Although it was a tough transition, I made it through. With proper diet + crushing my workouts, my abdomen area got smaller and smaller. Accomplishing this has been a goal of mine for the last five years! I don’t think that I would have made this type of progression without the help and guidance from Jason. The hardest part of this challenge for me was sobriety. It took a lot of willpower and determination not to crack a nice cold beer open.
