0/5 Do not rent here if you value your money and sanity. The management company operates unethically and unprofessionally and constantly changes building managers. As of right now, AS and KG are unreliable and incompetent individuals who have no business running anything. Their bookkeeping is horrendous, and they will try to cheat you out of your time and money. They never respond or get anything to you in a timely manner. Maintenance people are nice but hardly ever get anything done in time due to the high turnover rate. If you do decide to make the mistake of signing any lease with them, make sure you have copies of everything from your application to every single legal and non-legal document. Do yourself a favor and voice record every single conversation with them as they will blatantly lie to your face and go back on their word and play the victim with you as the bad guy. I advise you to read all the fine print and do not take them for their word that anything is okay if it is listed in their system as existing, and therefore they do not need to provide you with proper documentation. They would rather have tenants who participate in the use of illegal substances, loud neighbors, and rambunctious kids running wild through the building and...

I had to call them 6 times just for the front desk to answer me. Me and my boyfriend and I put in applications last Friday right as she was leaving the office. Even though they closed at 5, she left 20 minutes early, but we got to her before she left. I called the sixth time, and she finally picked up. She viewed my applications, and she viewed my applications, She is still looking at them and said she was going to look at the unit that we looked at. It does not take this long to look at 2 applications. I am disappointed to have to call and email that many times to have them answer. 😕 Don't even try and rent here it's not worth living here or even trying to get a place. They take your money and waste your time to tell you that you're not going to get it. The front desk lady takes her sweet time with things and does not know how to reply to emails or phone calls and feels bad. If you value your health and money, find another place to live. It took 10 weeks to get management to take care of mold caused by a leak (the carpet was drenched whenever it rained). Management kept saying they'd take care of it and it wasn't until I got a lawyer and the city inspector involved that anything was done about it. Brook also entered the apartment without permission and left it unlocked after the moldy carpet was finally taken out. Needless to say I was not pleased to come home to an unlocked apartment after a weekend away. Living there and having to fight for decent treatment from management was exhausting.
