I bought the Stupendous couch from Albert at the Box Drop store in La Crosse, and honestly, it was one of the best buying experiences I’ve ever had.

Full disclosure: I was kind of a pain in the butt. I went back and forth about ordering the couch, and Albert patiently put up with my indecision. He even worked out a deal for me to just take the floor model, which saved me money. Win-win.

Then came pickup day. I showed up with my dad’s truck, and Albert just smiled and politely said, “Yeah… that couch isn’t going to fit in there.” He wasn’t wrong. Instead of leaving me stuck, he suggested grabbing a U-Haul and even offered to help load it l, which he absolutely did. That’s above and beyond service.

He was also refreshingly honest about the financing. He flat out told me the APR was ridiculous but showed me how if I pay it off early, it’s only $2,200, which is a great deal for the quality. Not many salespeople will actually tell you that.

Now, the couch is sitting in my living room, and I love it. It’s comfortable, it looks fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier. If you’re on the fence about shopping here, don’t be. Albert is proof that even at a small franchise, you can get patient, respectful, and honest service.

OMG! If you are in need of a mattress, frame or a whole new bed… DO NOT GO ANYWHERE BUT BOXDROP! Albert is awesome! He actually listened to my needs and my wants, my budget and he gave me the best options! And when I thought I may not be able to make it work, he worked with me and gave me so many options so that way I could get the bed I needed. He wasn’t just trying to force a sale to make a buck. He actually cares about his customers. I can’t wait for my new bed! Thanks Albert, if I ever need a new bed or mattress again, I know where I will take my business!

Update: I want to give a big shout out to Albert Washington at BoxDrop La Crosse for making the process of getting my brand new Adjustable bed such an easy Process. He rocked it when it came to great customer service! He listened to what I needed and what I wanted, and I was able to make the best choice for me. I have SEVERE sleep apnea, so the combination of my CPAP and the Zero Gravity position, my first night I had ZERO occurrences and was able to get the most restful sleep I’ve had in years! I really want to give Albert and his products 10 stars but google limits me to 5. From setting the appointment to discussing what I was looking for. He gave me my options allowed me to try out mattresses, he simply went above and beyond to make the decision as easy as possible. Here's where I was the most impressed, delivery time came and while I was sure everything would I purchased would get up the stairs to the new apartment, the large part of the sectional wouldnt fit and he did everything exhausting himself mind and body to make it work. In the end he exchanged that piece for one slightly smaller and that worked just fine. When I say above and beyond, name a furniture company that delivers on Sunday at 530 and works til 1030, you cant and this is where I want to give 10 stars. Great company and honest man!!!
