One of the best classes I ever taken and once I started, I couldn’t stop. Now I go 5-6 days a week. Coach Danny creates a friendly atmosphere and genuinely cares about our progress and always ask how we’re doing and checking in with us. He’s very knowledge and doesn’t overwhelm us with instructions. He demonstrates all the skills and offers feedback without making us feel embrassed in any way, he always shows up for us! Since I’ve been in this program I have gone from 20% body fat to 10% body fat! I feel lean and great! This program offers a great combination of cardio, strength and recovery. You get what you pay for with 💯 results guaranteed. Jimmy and Brandon are amazing coaches and excellent personal trainers! Come join us. We love new faces!

Rather than i hit a gym without knowing what should i do, which area i have to exercise, which tool i have to use. This place is awesome. And the best part is like you have your own coach and family. The schedule is 5 am - 9am and 5pm - 7pm. So i think is perfect. Oh btw the class i took is Gym Class. If you like something more then Cross Fit Class. They have semi private or private too. Coach will take your measurement one a month. Place is clean, good, have drinking water. So hit me up for or just stop by, find Coach Danny, Brandon or Jimmy.

I’ve been a member for years and continue to rate this gym 5 stars. Trainers are knowledgeable and effective. Coach Adam & Coach Danny make sure your form is on point and work with you to get stronger. They look forward to helping you get the results. Always ready to answer your questions, I really appreciate that! The workouts are great, I never get bored it’s always something different! Good mix of strength training & cardio programed into each workout. The owner, Brandon, does a great job developing and testing the workouts. Gym is clean and the members are great too. ...
