CAVA — Restaurant in La Habra

This location is closer to where I live. I went in line was long per usual, no worries there. I saw the servers provide great service to the customers before me. Once it got to me she was rude, throwing food in the bowl, really sloppy. Not like she was doing the customers before me. She gave everyone 2 scoops of rice, meat etc. When came.to me my bowl looked incomplete. Then I asked for feta she put 3 cups of it in my bowl. Not to mention I never mentioned my issue with quantity food compared to the others. I asked for the Harissa pita chips and she literally rolled her eye turn around to get the pita chips and said what did you say? I said excuse me, she said did you say something? I said No. At this point I was not about to pay $48 for both my bowls and not be satisfied, being treated worse than an animal. I have noticed lately CAVA is starting to get very stingy for the price, like Chipotle. I will never go to the on in LA Habra ever again, I'm sure they don't want...

Let me start off by saying my boyfriend and I like cava and will probably come back. We literally get the same the thing and really enjoy their garlic dressing on our bowls. We walk in today and order the same thing we always do and get to the end where it’s time to choose our dressing and I chose the garlic dressing the worker made a comment saying we are out of garlic dressing. My boyfriend then asks if there is any more and she said no we are all out. This was disappointing but totally understandable. We then proceed to sit down pretty close to the counter where we just ordered and overhear almost every customer order garlic dressing and get it lol. I am not one to leave bad reviews but it’s the principle! Who knew all you had to do was make a 5 sec walk to the back and grab more! Every time I come, they’re out of something or making me wait long. I had an online order for pick up at 8:45 PM. They texted me at 8:33 PM saying it was ready and by the time I had gotten into the store at 8:44 one of the workers told me it’d be 10 minutes For the chicken. It was finally done around 9:05 PM but there were people in line waiting for chicken as well, and they got served and checked out first before I did. Even though I had an Even though I had an online order and I had been waiting there for longer. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate considering I had ordered 40 minutes ago now.
